Abstract

يعد كتاب الجامع لأحكام القرآن- للقرطبي (ت671ه/1272م) موسوعة علمية بحد ذاته، لما يحتويه من العلوم والمعرفة والآدب، والكثير من الجوانب الاقتصادية المهمة، ومنها الجانب الصناعي. ورغم ان كتاب الجامع هو كتاب مختص بأحكام القرآن ألا انه زاخر بالأمور المتعلقة بالصناعة وهذا دليل على علاقة الإسلام الوثيقة بالدنيا وبالحياة وبالسياسة وبأمور المعيشة. ولعل من اهم الصناعات التي اهتم بها العرب كثيراً، هي صناعة زيت الزيتون التي تعد من الصناعات الفريدة في نوعها، نظراً لتعدد استعمالات زيت الزيتون الكثيرة. فضلا عن تعدد الاستفادة من شجرة الزيتون سواء أكانت استخدامها في مجال الأثاث، أو العطور. The Book of Al-Jami’ Ahkam Al-Qur’an - by Al-Qurtubi (d. 671 AH / 1272 AD) is a scientific encyclopedia in itself, because it contains science, knowledge, literature, and many important economic aspects, including the industrial aspect. Although the book of the collector is a book specialized in the provisions of the Qur’an, it is full of matters related to industry, and this is evidence of Islam’s close relationship with the world, life, politics and living matters. Perhaps one of the most important industries that the Arabs have taken a lot of interest in is the olive oil industry, which is one of the unique industries in its kind, given the many uses of olive oil. As well as the multiplicity of benefit from the olive tree, whether used in the field of furniture, or perfume.
