التصور المعرفي وعلاقته بالانغماس الاكاديمي لدى اساتذة الجامعة

Abstract

يهدف البحث الحالي الى معرفة العلاقة بين التصور المعرفي وعلاقته بالانغماس الاكاديمي لدى اساتذة الجامعة، تكونت عينة البحث (400) تدريسي وتدريسية، وتكونت اداة البحث من مقياس التصور المعرفي مكون من (24) فقرة وبصدق بلغ (٠.٨١٧) بطريقة ارتباط درجة الفقرة بالدرجة الكلية للمقياس و ثبات قدره (٠,٧٧٩) بإستخدام معادلة الفا كرونباخ، ومقياس الانغماس الاكاديمي المكون من (30) فقرة، استخرج الصدق البناء بإيجاد علاقة درجة المجال بالمجالات الأخرى ( الارتباطات الداخلية ) تبين ان جميع الارتباطات دالة موجبة سواء بين المجالات وارتباطها بالدرجة الكلية للمقياس، و بثبات (٠,٩٦٨) بإستخدام معادلة الفا كرونباخ و (٠,٨٩) بطريقة الاختبار – إعادة الاختبار، وبعدها تم تطبيقهما على عينة البحث وبعد جمع البيانات ومعالجتها احصائياً، أظهرت النتائج ان أفراد عينة البحث من اساتذة الجامعة يتمتعون بشكل عام مستوى مرتفع من التصور المعرفي ، تشير هذه النتيجة انهم بشكل عام يتمتعون بشكل مرتفع من الانغماس الاكاديمي سواء عند الذكور او الاناث او عند التخصص العلمي او الانساني, ان قيمة معاملات الارتباط المحسوبة كانت ذات دلالة احصائية , وهذه النتيجة تشير الى وجود علاقة ارتباطية حقيقية بين كلا المتغيرين. The current research aims to know the relationship between cognitive perception and its relationship between academic immersion among university professors. The research sample consisted of (428) male and female teachers, and the research tool consisted of a cognitive perception scale consisting of (24) items. And the academic immersion scale, consisting of (30) items.the validity of the construct was extracted by finding the relationship of the degree of the domain to other domains (the internal correlation’s) showing that all the correlations are positive function, whether between the domains and their correlation with the total score of the scale and with stability (0.968) using the alpha-Cronbach equation and (0.89 by the test-retest method , After confirming, the results showed that the members of the research sample of university professors generally enjoy a high level of cognitive perception. This result indicates that they generally enjoy a high degree of academic immersion, both in males and females. Or when specializing or human, that the value of the calculated correlation coefficients was statistically significant, and this result indicates the existence of a real correlation between both variables.
