استعمالات الارض الحضرية في مدينة بعقوبة لعام 2018

Abstract

ان دراسة استعمالات الارض تعطي صورة واضحة عن الهيكل الذي يحوي سكان المدينة , ويساعد في اتخاذ القرارات الازمة لتنظيم استعمالات الارض في المدينة و تضمنت هذه الدراسة مقدمة و حدود البحث و مشكلته وفرضيته و لمحة تاريخية عن المدينة وسكانها و استعمالات الارض فيها وقد توصلت الدراسة الى نتائج منها صغر مساحة الاستعمال السكني إذ بلغت 38.75 % من مساحة المعمورة , ظهر تداخلا بين الاستعمال الصناعي و السكني كما تعرضت الاراضي الزراعية الى الزحف العمراني من الاستعمالات بمختلف انواعها وفي مقدمتها الاستعمال السكني الذي زحف على مساحة قدرها (147,27) هكتارThe study of land uses gives a clear picture of the structure Which contains the inhabitants of the city, And it helps in making the necessary decisions to regulate the use of land in the city, This study included an introduction, the limits of the research, its problem and hypothesis, and a historical overview of the city, its inhabitants, and the uses of the land in it. The study reached conclusions, including the small area of residential use, reaching 38.75% of the world’s area. An overlap appeared between industrial and residential use as well as agricultural land To the urban sprawl of uses of various kinds, foremost of which is the residential use, which crawled over an area of (147.27) hectares
