الازمات النفسية لدى مدرسي المرحلة الثانوية

Abstract

يهدف البحث الحالي التعرف الى مستوى الازمات النفسية لدى مدرسي الثانوية ، وقام الباحثان, ببناء مقياس الازمات النفسية بالاعتماد على نموذج ايلرس وكلارك Ehlers & Clark, 2000)) وتم التحقق من صدق وثبات المقياس بعرضه على مجموعة من المحكمين المتخصصين بمجال علم النفس التربوي والقياس والتقويم واستخراج القوة التمييزية للفقرات, اذ بلغت عينة البحث (400) مدرسا ومدرسة من المدرسين في الثانويات المختلفة ومن مختلف اقضية ونواحي محافظة ديالى . واظهرت نتائج البحث , ان متوسط درجات الازمات النفسية لدى المدرسين المشمولين بالبحث هو (87.6475) بانحراف معياري مقداره (25.29175) وعند مقارنة هذا المتوسط بالمتوسط الفرضي للمقياس والبالغ (96). يلاحظ انه اصغر من المتوسط الفرضي للمقياس. وعند اختبار الفرق بين المتوسطين باستعمال معادلة الاختبار التائي لعينة واحدة , تبين انه ذي دلالة معنوية عند مستوى (0.05) وبدرجة حرية (399) مما يشير إلى ان عينة البحث تتمتع بمستوا منخفض في الازمات النفسية. علما ان القيمة الجدولية للاختبار التائي تبلغ 1.960 عند مستوى (0.05) ودرجة حرية (399) لتحقيق هذا الهدف تم استعمال الاختبار التائي لعينتين مستقلتين للمقارنة بين درجات المدرسين بحسب متغير الجنس في الازمات النفسية حيث كانت القيمة التائية المحسوبة اصغر من القيمة التائية الجدولية البالغة 1.960 عند درجة حرية 398 ومستوى دلالة 0.05. مما يشير إلى انه ليس هناك فروق في الازمات النفسية بين المدرسين الذكور والاناث .The current research aims to identify the level of psychological crises among secondary school teachers. The researchers, built the scale of psychological crises based on the model of Ehlers and Clark, 2000). The validity and stability of the scale was presented to a group of judges specialized in the field of educational psychology, measurement, evaluation to be verified and extraction of discriminatory force of items, with the sample of research (400 male and female) teachers in different secondary schools and from different districts and areas in Governorate of Diyala. The results of the research showed that the average degree of psychological crisis among the teachers concluded in the survey was (87.6475) with a standard deviation of (25.29175) and when compared to the hypothetical average scale of (96), it is observed to be smaller than the hypothetical average of the scale. When testing the difference between the two averages using the t-test equation for a single sample, it was found to be of moral significance at a level (0.05) and a degree of freedom (399), indicating that the research sample had a low level of psychological crisis. The scheduled value of the T-test is (1,960) at the level (0.05) and the degree of freedom (399) to achieve this goal. This indicates that there are no differences in psychological crises between male and female teachers.
