أثر مساق التربية العملية في اتجاهات طلبة قسم التربية الخاصة بجامعة أم القرى نحو مهنة التدريس

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة أثر مساق التربية العملية في اتجاهات طلبة قسم التربية الخاصة بجامعة أم القرى نحو مهنة التدريس، تبعًا لبعض المتغيرات (الجنس، بُعد المدرسة مكان التطبيق، التقدير، مسار التخصص)، وتكونت عينة الدراسة مـن (40) طالبًا وطالبة، منهم (14) طالبًا و (26) طالبًة، واعتمدت على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتبنى الباحث استبانة مكونة من (54) فقرة (إعداد الباحث)، توزعت في أربعة مجالات: وهي اتجاه الطلبة المعلمين نحو (الرغبة في تدريس الطلبة ذوي الإعاقة، العمل مع الطلبة ذوي الإعاقة، نظرة المجتمع لمهنة تدريس ذوي الإعاقة، الجانب الوظيفي لمهنة تدريس ذوي الإعاقة). وُزّعَت على الطلبة المعلمين قبل تطبيقهم للتربية العملية، ومرة ثانية بعد الانتهاء من التطبيق، وجُمعَت بعد ذلك استجاباتهم القبلية والبعدية، وكشفت الدراسة عن وجود أثر ذي دلالة لدراسة مساق التربية العملية في اتجاهات طلبة قسم التربية الخاصة بجامعة أم القرى نحو مهنة التدريس على المقياس الكلي وعلى جميع أبعاده، ووجود فروق دالة للمقياس البعدي الكلي تعزى لمتغير التقدير. في حين كشفت عن عدم وجود فروق دالة للمقياس البعدي الكلي ومجالاته تعزى للجنس وبُعد المدرسة ومسار التخصص، وعدم وجود فروق على المقياس البعدي الكلي نحو مهنة التدريس من تلقي مساق التربية العملية بين من تقديرهم "ممتاز" و"جيد جداً"، وعدم وجود فروق بين من تقديرهم "جيد جداً" وكل من تقديرهم "ممتاز" أو "جيد فما دون"، في حين كشفت الدراسة عن وجود فروق دالة بين اتجاهات من تقديرهم "ممتاز" و"جيد" لصالح الطلبة ذوي التقدير الممتاز.

The current study aimed to identify the influence of the ‘Practical Education Course’ delivered at the Special Education Department / Umm Al-Qura University on the students’ attitudes towards the teaching profession. The study’s variables included: (gender, the place of practical application, the distance to school, the respondent’s GPA, and the academic specialization). The sample of the study, which adopted the descriptive analytical approach, consisted of (40) respondents (student-teachers) divided as follows: (14) male students and (26) female students. The researcher utilized a self-developed questionnaire that is consisted of (54) items including four different areas. The questionnaire was distributed to the respondents through two separate stages: the first stage (before their involvement in studying the practical education course) and (after the completion of the practical teaching). The findings revealed that: there is a statistically significant impact of studying ‘the practical education course’ on the attitudes of UQU students; on the overall scale (including its overall dimensions) due to the GPA variable; there were no significant differences for the overall dimensional scale and its domains due to gender, school distance, and specialization and towards the teaching profession from receiving a practical education course among those whose GPA varies between “excellent” and “very good”; as well as on the total dimensional scale among those whose GPA varies between “good” and “below good”; and finally there were significant differences in terms of the attitudes between the students whose GPA is “excellent” and “good” in favor of those with excellent GPA.
