واقع الخدمات الانتقالية المقدمة للطالبات ذوات الإعاقة الفكرية في المرحلة الثانوية بمدينة الطائف: دراسة نوعية

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن واقع الخدمات الانتقالية المقدمة للطالبات ذوات الإعاقة الفكرية في المرحلة الثانوية بمدينة الطائف بالمملكة العربية السعودية، وتحديد أبرز المعيقات التي تحول دون تقديمها بالشكل المطلوب، وكيفية تحسين مستوى الخدمات الانتقالية في المرحلة الثانوية من وجهة نظر المعلمات. وقد استخدم الباحثان المنهج النوعي التفسيري، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة أعد الباحثان بطاقة مقابلة شبه المقننة من أجل الحصول على البيانات اللازمة للإجابة على أسئلتها. كما تمت مقابلةُ ستٍّ من معلماتِ التربية الخاصة ممن يعملن في برامج التربية الفكرية الملحقة بالمدارس الثانوية بمدينة الطائف، وأسفرت النتائج عن عدم وضوح الخدمات الانتقالية من حيث المفهوم والممارسات الراهنة حول تقديمها، وكان من أبرز المعوقات التي ظهرت من خلال تحليل البيانات والتي تمثلت في الميدان التربوي والمجتمع والاسرة، كما اقترحت المشاركات عددا من الحلول من واقع تجربتهن متمثلة في التطوير المؤسسي وتقديم الدعم التكاملي للطالبات ذوات الإعاقة الفكرية بالمرحلة الثانوية للانخراط في الحياة العامة، وقد خرجت الدراسة بالعديد من التوصيات حول تطوير الكفاءات المهنية، والمتابعة الدورية حول التخطيط للخدمات، وتفعيل دور الشراكة المجتمعية في تنفيذ الخطط الانتقالية.Abstract: The aim of this research is to uncover the reality of transitional services provided to female students with intellectual disabilities in the secondary stage in Taif, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and to identify the most prominent obstacles that prevent them from being provided in the required manner, and how to improve the level of transitional services in the secondary stage from the teachers' point of view.The researcher used the qualitative explanatory approach, and to achieve the research objectives, the researcher prepared a semi-codified interview card in order to obtain the necessary data to answer the research questions about the reality of the transitional services. In addition, six special education teachers who work in intellectual education programs attached to secondary schools in Taif were interviewed. The results indicated the lack of clarity in the transitional services in terms of the concept and the current practices regarding their provision, and one of the most prominent obstacles that emerged through the analysis of the data, which was represented in the educational field, society and the family. Women with intellectual disabilities in the secondary stage to engage in public life, and the research came out with many recommendations on developing professional competencies, periodic follow-up on planning services, and activating the role of community partnership in the implementation of transitional plans.
