واقع تطبيق البرنامج التربوي الفردي عن بعد من وجهة نظر معلمي ذوي صعوبات التعلم بمكة المكرمة

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع تطبيق البرنامج التربوي الفردي عن بعد من وجهة نظر معلمي ذوي صعوبات التعلم بمدينة مكة، والكشف عن الفروق الإحصائية لواقع تطبيق البرنامج التربوي الفردي عن بعد تبعاً لمتغير: الجنس، وسنوات الخبرة. استخدمت الباحثتان المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، واستخدما الاستبانة. اشتملت عينة الدراسة على (52) معلم ومعلمة ذوي صعوبات التعلم بمكة. كذلك كشفت نتائج الدراسة أن درجة استخدام واقع تطبيق البرنامج التربوي الفردي عن بعد من وجهة نظر معلمي ذوي صعوبات التعلم جاءت بدرجة متوسطة، وتوجد فروق إحصائية في إدراك معلمي ذوي صعوبات لواقع تطبيق البرنامج التربوي الفردي عن بعد لصالح الاناث، ولا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لواقع تطبيق البرنامج التربوي الفردي عن بعد لمتغير سنوات الخبرة. وتوصي الباحثتان بضرورة عدم الاعتماد على التعليم عن بعد في تطبيق البرنامج التربوي الفردي عن بعد، إذ يستحسن حضور الطالب ذوي صعوبات التعلم إلى المدرسة لإجراء الاختبارات التشخيصية والتأكد من أداء الطالب أكاديمياً لتحقيق أهداف الخطة التربوية الفردية.The study aimed to identify the reality of applying the individual educational distance learning program from the point of view of teachers of learning difficulties in Makkah, and to reveal the differences of reality of the application of the individual educational distance learning program from the viewpoint of the teachers of learning difficulties, depending on the variables: gender, years of experience. Results of the study revealed that the degree of using the application of the individual educational distance learning program from the viewpoint of the learning difficulties teachers came with a moderate degree. There were statistically significant differences in the perception of teachers of learning difficulties in the reality of using and implementing the individual educational distance learning program (online) attributing to favor of females. There were no statistically differences in the reality of the implementation of the individual educational program from the attributable to the years' experience.
