تقييم جودة الحياة لأسر الأطفال ذوي اضطراب طيف التوحد من وجهة نظرهم

Abstract

يهدف البحث الحالي إلى التَّعرف على تقييم جودة الحياة لأسر الأطفال ذوي اضطراب طيف التوحد من وجهة نظرهم، وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وقد استخدم الباحثان استبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات، تكوَّنت عيّنة البحث من (71) من أسر الأطفال ذوي اضطراب التوحد في مرحلة الطفولة المبكرة. وقد أشارت النَّتائج إلى مستوًى متوسطٍ ( 3.55) لتقييم جودة الحياة لأسر الأطفال ذوي اضطراب طيف التوحد، وجاء البعد (الصحة النفسية) بالمرتبة لأولى بمتوسط حسابي (3.78) بدرجة مرتفعة، تلاه بعد (الدعم المتعلق بالطفل ذوي اضطراب طيف الوحد) بمتوسط حسابي (3.74) بدرجة مرتفعة، تلاه بعد (الحياة الصحية) بمتوسط حسابي (3.69) بدرجة مرتفعة، وبالمرتبة الأخيرة بعد (التفاعل الأسري) بمتوسط حسابي (3.01) بدرجة متوسطة. كذلك أشارت النَّتائج إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائيَّة (α =0.05) لتقييم جودة الحياة لأسر الأطفال ذوي اضطراب طيف التوحد تُعزى للمتغيرات، الجنس، والعمر، والمؤهل العلمي، والوضع الاقتصادي في جميع الأبعاد والدرجة الكلية. كذلك عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية (α =0.05) تعزى لأثر الحالة الصحية في جميع الأبعاد والدرجة الكلية ما عدا بُعد الدعم المتعلق بالطفل ذوي اضطراب طيف التوحد وجاءت الفروق لصالح الحالة الصحية (لا يوجد أمراض).The current study aims to explore the assessment of the quality of life of families of children with autism spectrum disorder from their families’ perspective. The study employed the descriptive analytical approach. The researchers utilized a questionnaire as the research instrument used for collecting the data. The research sample consisted of (71) families of children with autism disorder in early childhood. The findings of the study concluded that an average level of (3.55) was recorded for assessing the quality of life of families of children with autism spectrum disorder. The dimension (mental health) achieved the first rank with a mean of (3.78) with a high degree, followed by the dimension (support related to children with autism spectrum disorder) with an arithmetic mean of (3.74) with a high degree, followed by the dimension (healthy life) with an arithmetic mean (3.69) with a high degree. At the rank, the dimension (family interaction) was reported with an arithmetic mean (3.01) with a medium degree. The findings of the study further concluded that there were no statistically significant differences (α = 0.05) for assessing the quality of life of the families of children with autism spectrum disorder due to the variables: gender, age, educational qualification, and economic status, in all dimensions and overall degree. Additionally, there were no statistically significant differences (α = 0.05) due to the impact of the health status in all dimensions and the total degree, except for the dimension of (support provided to the child with autism spectrum disorder), and the differences came in favor of the health status (no diseases).
