دور انشطة رياض الاطفال في تطور النضج الانفعالي لدى اطفال الروضة من وجهة نظر اولياء امورهم

Abstract

يهدف البحث الحالي الى التعرف على مستوى النضج الانفعالي لدى تلاميذ الروضة، كما يهدف الى معرفة دور الانشطة المقدمة في الروضة للطفل في تطوير النضج الانفعالي، كذلك يهدف الى إيجاد الفروق ذات الدلالة الاحصائية للنضج الانفعالي حسب متغير الجنس للتلاميذ (ذكور- اناث)، وبعد مراجعة النظريات والادبيات والدراسات السابقة فقد تبنت الباحثة مقياس (القيسي،2011) الذي يتكون من اربع مجالات و (52) فقرة والذي قامت الباحثة بتحديد مجتمع البحث من اولياء امور اطفال رياض الاطفال في محافظة ديالى قضاء بعقوبة، وبلغ عدد افراد عينة البحث (100) من اطفال الروضة مقسمين الى (50) من الذكور و(50) من الاناث، وتم الاجابة على المقياس من خلال اولياء امورهم، وتم تحليل اجابات عينة البحث واستخراج الصدق وفق اسلوبي التميز وعلاقة الفقرة بالمجموع الكلي والثبات بطريقة الفا كرونباخ لجميع فقرات المقياس، وتم عرض نتائج البحث وفق الاهداف الموضوعة وقد اظهرت النتائج، انخفاض مستوى النضج الانفعالي لدى اطفال الروضة، كما لظهرت النتائج ان دور الانشطة المقدمة في رياض الاطفال لتطوير النضج الانفعالي لها دور فعال ومهم وتساهم في تطور مفهوم النضج الانفعالي لدى الاطفال كما اكد ذلك ذويهم واولياء امورهم، كما اظهرت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة احصائية في متغير النوع الاجتماعي ولصالح الذكور في مستوى التطور في النضج الانفعالي المتحقق من خلال الانشطة التي تقدمها رياض الاطفال، وقد وضعت الباحثة عدد من التوصيات منها اثراء المنهج التعليمي المحدد من قبل وزارة التربية بالأنشطة التنافسية النوعية التي تتلاءم والحاجات النفسية والتعليمية والترفيهية وفق اساليب متنوعة تقدمها المعلمة، كما وضعت عدد من المقترحات البحثية منها الكفاءة الاخلاقية وعلاقتها بالتطور المعرفي لدى الطالبات في المرحلة المتوسطة. The current research aims to identify the level of emotional maturity among kindergarten students, and also aims to know the role of the activities provided in the kindergarten for the child in developing emotional maturity, as well as to find statistically significant differences in emotional maturity according to the gender variable for students (male-female), and after Reviewing the theories, literature and previous studies, the researcher adopted a scale (Al-Qaisi, 2011), which consists of four areas and (52) paragraphs. Kindergarten children are divided into (50) males and (50) females, and the scale was answered by their parents. The research is according to the objectives set. The results showed a low level of emotional maturity among kindergarten children. The results also showed that the role of activities provided in kindergartens to develop emotional maturity has an effective and important role and contributes to the development of the concept of emotional maturity. Emotional in children as confirmed by their parents and guardians, and the results showed that there are statistically significant differences in the gender variable and in favor of males in the level of development in the emotional maturity achieved through the activities offered by kindergartens, and the researcher has made a number of recommendations, including enriching the specific educational curriculum By the Ministry of Education, the qualitative competitive activities that fit the psychological, educational and recreational needs according to a variety of methods provided by the teacher, and a number of research proposals were developed, including moral competence and its relationship to cognitive development among female students in the intermediate stage.
