الضغوط المهنية لدى تدريسي الجامعة

Abstract

يهدف البحث الحالي التعرف الى الضغوط المهنية لدى تدريسي الجامعة . ولتحقيق أَهداف البحث تم بناء مقياس الضغوط المهنية وفق نظرية (Lazarus & Folkman , 1984), بعد اتباع الخطوات العلمية في بنائه والتحقق من صدقه وثباته و تكونت عينة البحث الحالي من (400) تدريسي وتدريسية من جامعة ديالى ومن كلا التخصصين العلمي والإِنسانّي , وقد اختيرت عينة البحث بالطريقة العشوائية الطبقية بالأسلوب المتناسب . وباستخدام الوسائل الاحصائية (الاختبار التائي لعينة واحدة و معامل ارتباط بيرسون ومعامل الفا كرونباخ ) , اسفرت النتائج بأن عينة البحث يوجد لديهم ضغوط مهنية . وفي ضوء نتائج البحث الحالي خرج البحث بعدد من التوصيات والمقترحات . To achieve the objectives of the research, the professional stress scale has been built according to the theory (Lazarus & Folkman , 1984) after following the scientific steps in its construction and verifying its validity and reliability. The sample of the current research consisted of (400) male and female teachers from the University of Diyala and from both specializations of pure scientific and humanities, and the research sample has been chosen by a stratified random method in a proportional manner. By using statistical means (one-sample t-test, Pearson correlation coefficient, Cronbach's alpha coefficient and factor analysis), the results revealed that there is professional stress among university teachers. In light of the results of the current research, the research came out with a number of recommendations and suggestions.
