اثر معاهدة برلين في العلاقات الالمانية _ السوفيتية عام 1926

Abstract

شكلت مسألة العلاقات الألمانية مع الاتحاد السوفيتي في ضوء معاهدة لوكارنو والالتزام بالانضمام الى عصبة الأمم تحدياً اخر، اذ سعى الباحث الى متابعة تلك العلاقات بين المانيا والاتحاد السوفيتي من خلال توقيع معاهدة برلين في عام 1926. ان فكرة البحث جاءت لمتابعة مسار تلك العلاقات الألمانية السوفيتية، اذ هدف البحث الى تسليط الضوء على معاهدة برلين، بعد فشل مفاوضات المانيا مع الدول الغربية للانضمام الى عصبة الأمم، فقد حافظت معاهدة برلين على روح معاهدة رابالو، وكذلك أسهمت في تقوية الروابط الاقتصادية والسياسية بين البلدين. The issue of restoring German relations with the Soviet Union in the light of Locarno Treaty and the commitment to join the League of Nations posed another challenge, as the researcher sought to follow up those relations between Germany and the Soviet Union, through the signing of the Berlin Treaty in 1926. The idea of the research came to follow the course of those German-Soviet relations, as the research aimed to shed light on the Treaty of Berlin, after the failure of Germany’s negotiations with Western countries to join the League of Nations. However, the Treaty of Berlin preserved the spirit of the Treaty of Rapallo, as well as contributed to strengthening the economic and political ties between the two countries.
