dc.description.abstractUndoped and AL,Cu-doped ZnO at (3-7 wt. %) thin films have been prepared by by chemical spray pyrolysis on glass substrates at 400ºC. The structural and optical properties of these films were studied. The results of the structural tests showed that these films are of a polycrystalline hexagonal structure with a preferred orientation in the (002) direction, the optical properties included.transmittance, energy gap. The energy gap values were found to decrease from (3.3ev) for ZnO pure to(3.29- 3.2 eV) for ZnO:AL films and(3.2-3.26) for ZnO:Cu films. the average transmittance was found about (90%) in the visible regionen_US
