Abstract: The present study aims at evaluating Iraqi 4th year university students' graduation research paper. An evaluation questionnaire has been adopted and adapted, which is distributed into sixteen domains that include a number of items to evaluate 4th year graduation papers. . Face validity has been ensured by exposing the test to a group of experts in the field of TEFL, who have been asked to decide the suitability of the instrument. As a result, the experts agreed on the validity of the test with 100% of agreement. The questionnaire has been applied on a group of (100) 4th year Iraqi university students. Weighted means and weighted percentiles have been calculated. Final results reveal that graduation research papers of the 4th year do suffer from serious problems, weaknesses, and difficulties in different domains. Finally, suitable conclusions and suggestions have been put forward.
