الخصائص الاجتماعية والاقتصادية والثقافية لسكان الوحدات السكنية المتجاوزة على التصميم الاساس لمدينة بني سعد

Abstract

يهدف البحث الى تسليط الضوء على اهم الخصائص الاجتماعية الاقتصادية والثقافية لسكان الوحدات السكنية المتجاوزة لمدينة بني سعد .و معرفة طبيعة هذة الخصائص لظهور التجاوزات وانعكاسات هذه الخصائص السكانية على ظهور التجاوزات ، و تحليل الخصائص الاجتماعية والاقتصادية والثقافية لسكان الوحدات السكنية المتجاوزة بهدف الوصول إلى حل لمشكلة التجاوزات أو الحد من تأثيرها على الأقل وفق الاجراءات والاساليب المتخذة ومنها نستنج ان مناطق المتجاوزين في مدينه بني سعد من تعاني مشكلات اجتماعيه واقتصاديه وثقافية فأغلب هذه الأسر تعيش تحت خط الفقرلاشتغالهم بحرف موسمية ليس لها دخل ثابت كما عملت الهجرة المتزايدة في منطقة الدراسة على تزايد الحاجة إلى وحدات سكنية جديدة،علما ان اغلب المهاجرين من ذوي الدخول الواطئة الذين لايستطيعون شراء أو استئجار وحدات سكنية نظامية لارتفاع أسعارها ولهذا يجب أعطاء الجانب الإنساني حيز كبير عند محاولة أيجاد حل لظاهره السكن العشوائي ولا سيما لذوي الدخول الواطئة جدا . من خلال وضع برامج وخطط مستقبليه من قبل الحكومة لإسكان الأسر الغير قادرة على تحمل أيه نفقات ماليه بتوزيع وحدات سكنيه عليهم بالمجان العمل على تأمين فرص عمل للشباب من الجنسين (الذكور،إناث)من اجل تحسين الإمكانيات الاقتصادية لأغلب الأسر في عموم مدينة بني سعد .The current research aims to spot light on the most important social, economic and cultural characteristics of the residents of the accommodation units bypassing the city of Bani Saad, and also to study the nature of these characteristics and its impact on the emergence of such abuses. The study depends on the analysis of social, economic and cultural characteristics in order to find the appropriate solution to this problem or reduce its effects according to the procedures followed to reach the final solution In fact, most families live in Bani Saad district below the poverty line due to their association with seasonal jobs that do not have a fixed income, in addition to the constant migration to this area which forced people to establish a new accommodation, knowing that most of the immigrants have low incomes that do not help to buy or even to rent a house due to the high prices in this district. Therefore, the human aspect must be given great importance when searching for a solution to this random phenomenon that exists among low-income people, Through the development of future government programs for the purpose of housing families who are unable to bear any financial expenses by owning them free housing in addition to creating job opportunities for young people of both sexes (males, females) in order to improve the economic capabilities of most families throughout the city of Bani Saad.
