التحليل المكاني للحوادث المرورية على طريق بعقوبة – مندلي في محافظة ديالى

Abstract

يعد طريق بعقوبة – مندلي احد الطرق الرئيسة المهمة ليس على مستوى محافظة ديالى فحسب بل على مستوى العراق , نظرا لموقعة المتميز الواصل الى منفذ مندلي الحدودي مع الجمهورية الاسلامية الايرانية , مما ادى الى خلق كثافة حجم حركة النقل على الطريق وخاصة حركة المركبات الحمل الكبيرة (الشاحنات) , وهذا ما يترتب عليه وقوع الحوادث المؤسفة , ونظرا لأهميتها فقد تم دراستها في هذا البحث من خلال تحليل الحوادث المرورية التي وقعت على طريق بعقوبة - مندلي للمدة من (2010-2019) , بحسب عددها وعدد الوفيات والاصابات فيها , ومن ثم توزيعها حسب مقاطع الطريق المقسمة من قبل الباحث , وقد تبين من خلال البيانات التي تم الحصول عليها من مديرية مرور محافظة ديالى , ان مجموع الحوادث المرورية الواقعة على الطريق خلال تلك المدة بلغ (284)حادث مروري , و(98)حالة وفاة , و(674)حالة اصابة , وسجل عام 2018 اكثر الاعوام تسجلا للحوادث الواقعة على الطريق , بواقع(48) حادث , و(20) حالة وفاة , و(125) حالة اصابة , وجاء عام 2015 اقل الاعوام تسجيلا للحوادث الواقعة على الطريق , بواقع (19)حادث مروري , و(5) حالات وفاة , و(35) حالة اصابة . Baqubah - Mandali Road is one of the main important roads not only at the level of Diyala province, but also at the level of Iraq, due to the location of the distinguished position which reached to the Mandali border port with the Islamic Republic of Iran. This road led to the creation of the density of the volume of transport on the road, especially the movement of large-carrying vehicles (trucks), as this is the consequence of the disastrous accidents occurrence. Given to its importance, it has been studied in this research by analyzing the traffic accidents that occurred on the Baquba-Mandali road for the period from (2010-2019), according to their number and number of deaths and injuries, and then their distribution according to sections. The road has been divided by the researcher, and it found through the data obtained from the Traffic Directorate at Diyala province , that the total traffic accidents occurring on the road during that examined period amounted to (284) traffic accidents, (98) deaths, and (674) cases of injury, and the year 2018 was the highest year in the accidents on the road, with (48) accidents, (20) deaths, and (125) injuries, while 2015 came as the lowest year in terms of accidents on the road, with (19) traffic accidents , (5) deaths, and (35) injuries
