التحديات التي تواجه التعليم الابتدائي

Abstract

يهدف البحث الى معرفة التحديات التي تواجه التعليم الابتدائي ، وقد تحددت مشكلة البحث في السؤال الآتي : ما التحديات التي تواجه التعليم الابتدائي ؟ وانبثق عنه السؤال ، ما دور التعليم الابتدائي في مواكبة المستجدات المعاصرة ؟ ولتحقيق هدف البحث استخدمت الباحثة المسح التحليلي الوصفي للتحديات التي تواجه التعليم الابتدائي والمبني على مراجعة مفاهيم التعليم الابتدائي، وقد قامت الباحثة في المبحث الاول ببيان دور المعلم في العملية التعليمية والتحديات التي تواجه المعلم المعاصر ، اما المبحث الثاني فقد قامت الباحثة ببيان دور المعلم في عصر التقدم العلمي والتقنيات الحديثة ، وقد توصلت الباحثة الى ما يلي : -معلم اليوم هو امتداد لمعلم الامس ، وتطلع لمعلم المستقبل ، فالمنظور المعاصر لدور معلم اليوم يتمثل في الشخصية المؤمنة الكفؤة المنفتحة . - ان توافر واكتساب الصفات والمهارات لدى المعلم لا يتم الا من خلال قناعات المعلم ودوره ورسالته الانسانية لمشاركته في تنمية المتعلم ، ومن خلال النتائج توصي الباحثة توصيات منها : استخدم طرائق التدريس الحديثة واساليبه الحديثة ووسائل التعلم المتطور . The research aims to know the challenges facing primary education, and the research problem has been identified in the following question: What are the challenges facing primary education? The question emerged from him: What is the role of primary education in keeping pace with contemporary developments? To achieve the goal of the research, the researcher used the descriptive analytical survey of the challenges facing primary education, which is based on a review of the concepts of primary education. Scientific and modern technologies, and the researcher reached the following: Today's teacher is an extension of yesterday's teacher, and an aspiration for the teacher of the future. The contemporary view of the role of today's teacher is represented in the open-minded, competent, believer. The availability and acquisition of traits and skills of the teacher can only be achieved through the teacher’s convictions, role and humanitarian mission for his participation in the development of the learner, and through the results the researcher recommends recommendations, including: Use modern teaching methods, modern methods and advanced learning tools.
