التباين المكاني لمؤشرات سوء التغذية للاطفال دون سن الخامسة في محافظة ديالى أسبابها ومعالجتها (2018)

Abstract

أجريت هذه الدراسة بهدف تقييم الحالة الصحية للأطفال دون سن الخامسة من العمر المصابين بسوء التغذية في محافظة ديالى للعام 2018 , والكشف عن التباين المكاني لمؤشرات سوء التغذية من الناحية الجغرافية . تعد محافظة ديالى من محافظات العراق التي ترتفع فيها أعداد المصابين بسوء التغذية الاطفال , اذ بلغ عدد الاصابات على وفق مؤشرات سوء تغذية ألتسعة (طويل جدا , تقزم شديد , التقزم , نقص الوزن الشديد , نقص الوزن , السمنة , زيادة الوزن , هزال الشديد , الهزال ) للعام 2018 (5543) للاطفال دون خمس سنوات من العمر وذلك يشكل نسبة (2,32%) من مجموع الاطفال للفئة العمرية ذاتها في المحافظة والبالغ عددهم (237994) طفلاً , وتوصلة الدراسة الى جملة من النتائج أبرزها أذ جاء قضاء الخالص أولاً في عدد المصابين لمؤشرات سوء التغذية حيث بلغ عددهم (2331) أصابة وبنسبة (42,05%) من مجموع المصابين في المحافظة , في حين جاء قضاء بعقوبة بالمرتبة الثانية حيث بلغ عدد المصابين (1169) أصابة , وبنسبة (21,08%) , وجاء قضاء بلدروز بعد ذلك (895) أصابة وبنسبة (16,14%) , في حين بلغ عدد المصابين في قضاء خانقين (773) حالة أصابة , وبنسبة (13,94%) , واخيرا قضاء المقدادية حيث بلغ عدد المصابين (375) حالة أصابة , وبنسبة (6,76%). This study was conducted with the aim of evaluating the health status of malnourished children under five years of age in Diyala Governorate for the year 2018, and revealing the spatial variation of malnutrition indicators from a geographical point of view. Diyala governorate is one of the governorates of Iraq in which the number of children suffering from malnutrition is high, as the number of injuries according to the indicators of malnutrition reached nine (too long, severe stunting, stunting, severe underweight, underweight, obesity, overweight, severe wasting, wasting). ) for the year 2018 (5543) for children under five years of age, which constitutes (2.32%) of the total children of the same age group in the governorate, whose number is (237,994) children. Indicators of malnutrition showed that their number reached (2331) cases, or (42.05%) of the total number of injured in the governorate, while the district of Baquba came in the second place with (1169) injuries, and at a rate of (21.08%), and the district of Baqubah came in the second place. Baladruz then had (895) injuries at a rate of (16.14%), while the number of injured in Khanaqin district reached (773) cases of injury, and at a rate of (13.94%), and finally Muqdadiya district, where the number of injured reached (375) cases. At a rate of 6.76%.
