معوقات التدريب اثناء الخدمة لمدرسي المواد العلمية في المدارس الثانوية من وجهة نظرهم

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة الى التعرف على اهم المعوقات التي تعترض الدورات التدريبية اثناء الخدمة لمدرسي المواد العلمية (الكيمياء، الفيزياء، الأحياء، الرياضيات) في المدارس الثانوية في قسم تربية سامراء، استخدم الباحث الاستبانة كأداة للبحث تكونت من (44) فقرة موزعة على (5) مجالات هي: (اهداف الدورات التدريبية، بيئة التدريب، محتوى الدورات التدريبية، المدربون، أساليب وانشطة التدريب) وبعد التأكد من صدق وثبات الاداة تم تطبيقها على عينة البحث من مدرسي هذه المواد بلغت (104) مدرساً ومدرسة، أظهرت النتائج ان المعدل العام للاستبانة اداة البحث بوسط مرجح (3,420) بوزن مئوي (78,40%) وبتقدير (موافق) لآراء وتقديرات عينة البحث عن فقرات الاستبانة بشكل عام، مما يؤشر وجود معوقات حقيقية تعترض الدورات التدريبية، كما اظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات إجابات عينة البحث بمستوى دلالة(0.05) تعزى لمتغير(الجنس، سنوات الخدمة)، أوصى الباحث باعتماد معايير الجودة الشاملة في التعليم في تصميم وتخطيط وتنفيذ برامج التدريب والاستعانة بالتدريسيين من حملة الشهادات العليا (الماجستير والدكتوراه) في هذا المجال والاستفادة من خبراتهم واختصاصاتهم وبشكل خاص الاختصاصات التربوية والنفسية (طرائق التدريس)، واقترح الباحث اجراء المزيد من الدراسات في تقييم الدورات التدريبية ومعوقاتها.This study aimed to identify the most important obstacles that face the in- service training courses for teachers of scientific subjects (chemistry, physics, biology, mathematics) in secondary schools in the Samarra Education Department. The researcher used the questionnaire as a research tool that consisted of (44) paragraphs distributed over (5) areas: (Objectives of training courses, training environment, content of training courses, trainers, training methods and activities) and after ensuring the validity and reliability of the tool, it was applied to the research sample of teachers of these subjects amounted to (104) teachers. The results showed that the overall average of the questionnaire was a weighted mean (3,420) with a weight percentile (78.40%) and an estimate of (agree) for the opinions of the research sample for the questionnaire paragraphs in general, which indicates an real obstacles to the training courses. The results also showed that there were no statistically significant differences between the averages of the answers of the research sample at the level of significance (0.05) due to the variables (gender, years of service), the researcher recommended the adoption of comprehensive quality standards in education in the design, planning and implementation of training programs and the use of teachers holding graduate degrees (Masters and PhD) in this field and benefiting from their experiences and Their specialties, especially the educational and psychological ones (teaching methods), and the researcher suggested conducting more studies in evaluating training courses and their obstacles.
