الفكر الاقتصادي للخليفة العباسي أبو جعفر المنصور( ت 158هـ / 775م)

Abstract

يعد هذا البحث دراسة أكاديمية قام بها الباحث عن الفكر الاقتصادي للخليفة العباسي أبو جعفر المنصور ( ت 158هـ / 775م) لبيان سيرته والكشف عن اسهاماته ونشاطاته الاقتصادية في مختلف ولايات الدولة حيث تركز اهتمام الخليفة أبو جعفر المنصور في قطاع العمران لذا يعد المؤسس الحقيقي للدولة العباسية لما قام به من انجازات كبيرة. وقد قسمنا هذا البحث على ثلاثة محاور، المحور الأوّل تضمن: لمحات من حياته في حين تناول المحور الثاني سياسته الاقتصادية أما المحور الثالث تطرق إلى حركة البناء التي شهدتها الدولة في مختلف أرجائها طيلة خلافته، ولعل من بين أبرز النتائج التي توصلنا إليها هو دور الخليفة العباسي أبو جعفر المنصور في تثبيت أركان الدولة واستقرار أوضاعها بعد التخلص من منافسيه ومناوئيه وقمع الثورات المناهضة لحكمه وما بذله من جهود كبيرة ومضنية في ازدهار الدولة اقتصادياً من خلال المتابعة والمحاسبة الشديدة فضلاً عما قام به من أعمال عديدة في مختلف القطاعات الأُخرى. This research is an academic study conducted by the researcher on the economic ideology of the Abbasid Caliph Abu Jaafar al-Mansur (158 H / 775 AD) to show his biography and reveal his contributions and economic activities in the various states of the Abbasid Caliphate where the attention of the Caliph Abu Jaafar al-Mansur was directed towards urbanization and that’s why he is considered the true founder of the Abbasid Caliphate for his great achievements We have divided this research into three parts, the first part includes an outline of his life while the second part deals with his economic policy and the third part touches upon the construction movement witnessed by the Abbasid Caliphate in its various parts during his succession and among the most important results we have achieved may be the stabilization of the pillars of the Abbasid Caliphate after the elimination of his rivals and opponents as well as the suppression of revolutions against his rule, not to mention his great efforts in the prosperity of the state economically through the continuant and careful follow-up and accounting, together with his work in many different sectors.
