| Abstract: | تعد الجامعات من المؤسسات المهمة التي تسهم في معظم دول العالم في التنمية، اذ ان التنمية هي مطلب الجميع، اف ا ردا وشعوبا، حكومات ومؤسسات، وهي الهدف الأسمى والابرز للجميع، كما وتعد قلب الخطط التي تضعها الحكومات والدول، والم ا رد من ذلك التنمية الشاملة التي تحقق مستوى حياة كريمة ورفاه اجتماعي شامل للإنسان، مع المحافظة على حقوق وحاجات ومتطلبات الأجيال القادمة دون مساس. ونجد بان اغلب رؤساء الأقسام في الجامعات يضعون معايير محددة عند ممارسة مهامهم الإدارية لتحقيق التنمية البشرية التابعة لأقسامهم )أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية، الطلبة، الموظفين(، ولاسيما رؤساء اقسام رياض الأطفال، لأنهم على وعي تام بان اتباع الحوكمة الإدارية الرشيدة في مجال ادارتهم الاكاديمية سوف تحقق التنمية والتقدم لأقسامهم، اذ يعد رئيس القسم بمنزلة العقل المفكر والمكتب الاستشاري الذي يتغذى منه اف ا رده مجموعة من المعلومات والسير نحو الخطوات السليمة. لذا فان الباحثة عن طريق بحثها الحالي، تحاول التوصل الى الأهداف الاتية: 1 مستوى تطبيق الحوكمة الرشيدة لدى رؤساء اقسام رياض الأطفال في التنمية البشرية من وجهة - نظر أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية. 2 دلالة الفروق في مستوى تطبيق الحوكمة الرشيدة لدى رؤساء اقسام رياض الأطفال من وجهة نظر - أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية تبعا لمتغير اللقب العلمي )مدرس مساعد مدرس أستاذ مساعد أستاذ(. - - - الكتاب السنوي لمركز ابحاث الطفولة والامومة – المجلد ال ا ربع عشر- 2023 110 ولأجل تحقيق هدفا البحث، قامت الباحثة ببناء أداة تكشف عن معايير الحكم الرشيد المطبقة من قبل رؤساء الأقسام، ومن ثم سحبت عينة قصدية تتألف من ) 52 ( تدريسيا للإجابة على فق ا رت المقياس، بعدها استخرجت الخصائص السيكومترية لأطداة والمتمثلة بمعاملات الصدق والثبات. وبعد التوصل الى تحليل إجابات عينة البحث، كشفت النتائج عما يأتي: 1 ان رؤساء اقسام رياض الأطفال يتمتعون بمستوى متوسط في تطبيق معايير الحوكمة الرشيدة في - ادا ا رتهم. 2 ليس هنالك تأثير للقب العلمي لأعضاء الهيئة التدريسية في ارتفاع مستوى تطبيق معايير الحوكمة - الرشيدة لدى رؤساء اقسام رياض الأطفال. |
| Description: | The level of application of standards of good governance among heads of kindergarten departments in human resource development Universities are among the important institutions that contribute in most countries of the world to development, as development is the demand of everyone, individuals and peoples, governments and institutions, and it is the supreme and most prominent goal for all, and it is the heart of the plans set by governments and states. A decent life and comprehensive social well-being for the human being, while preserving the rights, needs and requirements of future generations without prejudice. We find that most of the department heads in universities set specific standards when exercising their administrative tasks to achieve the human development of their departments (faculty members, students, employees), especially the heads of kindergarten departments, because they are fully aware that following good administrative governance in the field of their academic management will achieve. The development and progress of their departments, as the head of the department is considered a thinker and an advisory office from which its members feed a set of information and move towards the right steps. Therefore, the researcher, through her current research, is trying to reach the following goals: 1-The level of application of good governance among the heads of kindergarten departments in human development from the point of view of the faculty members. 2-The significance of the differences in the level of application of good governance among the heads of kindergarten departments from the point of view of the faculty members according to the scientific title variable (assistant lecturer - lecturer - assistant professor - professor). In order to achieve the objectives of the research, the researcher built a tool that reveals the standards of good governance applied by the heads of departments, and then withdrew an intentional sample consisting of (52) lecturers to answer the items of the scale, after which she extracted the psychometric properties of the tool represented by the coefficients of validity and stability. After analyzing the answers of the research sample, the results revealed the following: مستوى تطبيق معايير الحكم الرشيد لدى رؤساء اقسام رياض الأطفال في تنمية الموارد البشرية الكتاب السنوي لمركز ابحاث الطفولة والامومة – المجلد ال ا ربع عشر- 2023 112 1-The heads of kindergarten departments enjoy an average level in applying the standards of good governance in their departments. 2-There is no effect of the academic title of the faculty members on the high level of application of standards of good governance among the heads of kindergarten departments. |
