Abstract:	ان تنمية حب العمل بالمقابل والماديات للطفل منذ الصغر أدى الى تلاشى وغياب روح التطوع لمساعده الاخرين لديهم وشيوع الأنانية وحب التملك فقط ، لذلك ارتأت الباحثة الى القيام بهذا البحث في الإجابة عن التساؤلات الأتية: ما مستوى وجود سلوك العمل التطوعي لدى الاطفال حسب متغير النوع )ذكور، إناث( حسب متغير العمر ) 5 - 11 ( سنوات وهل يتطور سلوك العمل التطوعي لدى الاطفال وما هو نوع هذا التطور ) متقطع ام مستمر ( و تتبع المسار التطور لعينه البحث المتغير العمل التطوعي؟ ولأن العمل التطوعي ينمي روح التعاون لدى الاف ا رد ويساعد في تكوين شخصية سوية لأططفال وهو من سنن الرسول الكريم محمد صلى الله عليه وسلم وفيه خير للفرد في دنياه واخرته وفيه اثر نفسي كبير في احت ا رم الذات والثقة بالفنس وكثير من الفوائد للمجتمع والاف ا رد تم بناء مقياس مؤش ا رت العمل التطوعي لدى الاطفال وبعد استخ ا رج المؤش ا رت الاحصائية من صدق وثبات تم تطبيقه على اطفال الرياض وتلامذة الابتدائية لأطعمار ) 11،9،7،5 ( سنوات وكانت نتائج البحث انه يوجد مؤشر دال للعمل التطوعي لجميع الفئات العمرية المذكورة بالبحث ولصلح الاناث كما انه يتطور بصورة مستمرة وخرج البحث بمجموعة من التوصيات والمقترحات منها على المربين من اولياء امور وكوادر تدريسية القيام بالأعمال التطوعية في الواقع وامام الاطفال للاقتداء بهم وان لم يستطيعوا فعليهم عرض افلام وقصص مصورة تحث على مختلف الاعمال التطوعية.
Description:	The development of a love of work in return and material for the child from a young age led to the fading and absence of the spirit of volunteering to help others they have and the prevalence of selfishness and love of ownership only, so the researcher decided to do this research to answer the following questions: What is the level of the existence of volunteer work behavior among children according to the gender variable (males) Female) according to the age variable (5-11) years, does the volunteer work behavior develop among children and what is the type of this development (intermittent or continuous) and follow the evolution path of the variable research sample volunteer work? And because volunteer work develops the spirit of cooperation among individuals and helps to form a normal personality for children, and it is one of the Sunnah of the Holy Prophet Muhammad, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, and it has a good for the individual in his world and his hereafter and has a great psychological impact on self-respect and confidence in mankind and many benefits to society and individuals. Among children, and after extracting the statistical indicators of truthfulness and reliability, it was applied to children of kindergarten and primary students for ages (5,7,9,11) Years and the results of the research were that there is an indicative indicator for volunteer work for all age groups mentioned in the research and for the benefit of females, as it is continuously developing and the research came out with a set of recommendations and proposals, including on educators from parents and teaching staff to do volunteer work in reality and in front of children to emulate them and if they cannot, they should offer Films and video stories that encourage various voluntary work.
