المصطلحات الفقهية في القرآن الكريم وتعريفاتها باب (الصوم)

Abstract

بسم الله، والصلاة والسلام على رسوله الكريم وعلى آله وصحبه أجمعين، يقدم البحث عرضاً منسقاً وموجزاً للمصطلحات الفقهية في باب الصوم الواردة في القرآن الكريم، ورتبت المصطلحات الفبائياً، معتمدين ألفاظها الواردة في النص القرآني الكريم وليس الجذر اللغوي للفظ، تيسيراً للباحث عنها، وتم تقديم تعريف لغوي موجزٍ ووافٍ للفظ من أوثق المعجمات وأوسعها، وأُردف التعريف اللغوي بالتعريفات الفقهية مقسمة على مذاهب أهل السنة والجماعة الأربعة، كذلك بأسلوب علميٍ رصينٍ وموجزٍ، لا هو بالمخل، ولا بالممل، ثم كانت دراسة تحليلية للمصطلحات في المبحث الثاني، وضم البحث ستة مصطلحاتٍ فقهيةٍ، ومَثّلَ البحثُ حلقةً من سلسلةٍ في جمع كل المصطلحات الفقهية الواردة في القرآن الكريم، وهذا يمثل الجزء الثالث منها بعد جزء (الطهارة والصلاة) وجزء (الزكاة)أعان الله على تمامها.In the name of God, peace and blessings be upon his noble messenger and all his companions. the research presents a coordinated and concise presentation of the jurisprudential terms in the chapter on fasting in the Holy Quran, and arranged the Phpian terms, relying on the words mentioned in the Quranic text rather than the linguistic root of the word. To provide a linguistic definition of the text and a summary of the word of the closest and widest translators, and the definition of linguistic definitions of jurisprudence divided into the doctrines of Ahl al-Sunnah and the group of four, as well as in a scientific and concise manner is neither a palm nor a machete, The research included six jurisprudential terms , With all the jurisprudential terms mentioned in the Holy Quran, This represents the second part after The (Purity and Prayers ) and Charity Parts ,God helped them fully.
