المهارات الناعمة لدى المرشدين التربويين

Abstract

يتلخص البحث الحالي بمفهوم اساسي هو : المهارات الناعمة (Soft skills ) إذ تمثل المهارات الناعمة سمات شخصية وسلوكيه أو مستوى التزام الشخص الذي يميزه عن الأفراد الآخرين الذين قد يكون لديهم نفس المهارات والخبرات التقنية، كذلك يقصد بهذه المهارات تلك الجوانب المتعلقة باللباقة في الحديث والمظهر الجيد والمتميز ، والتحلي بملكات خاصة تبرز المتقدم للوظيفة وسط اقرانه، و تكمن اهمية البحث الحالي في جعل المرشدين التربويين قادرين على أن يطوروا فهماﹰ للعلاقات بين الإنسان وبيئته الإجتماعية والطبيعية ويهدف البحث الحالي التعرف على المهارات الناعمة لدى المرشدين التربويين العاملين في مدارس محافظة ديالى ويهدف ايضا التعرف على الفروق ذات الدلالة الاحصائية للمهارات الناعمة لدى المرشدين التربويين بحسب متغير الجنس (ذكور – اناث) , ولغرض تحقيق هذه الأهداف عمد الباحث الى اعداد أداة البحث طبقاً إلى نظرية التعلم الاجتماعي وتعريف بورسنز والتي تتكون من مقياس المهارات الناعمة المتكون من (6) مهارات وهي كل من ( التفكير الناقد , الاحتراف , ادارة الازمات , الاتصال والتواصل , القيادة ,اتخاذ القرارات وحل المشكلات) وبعد التحقق من الخصائص السيكومترية للمقياس طبقه الباحث على عينة متكونة من (250) مرشد ومرشدة معتمدا على المنهج الوصفي في الدراسة الحالية , ويتألف مجتمع البحث من (476) مرشد ومرشدة للعام (2020-2021) ، وتمت معالجة بيانات البحث بالوسائل الاحصائية التي تتلائم مع طبيعية واهداف البحث عن طريق الحقيبة الاحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS) واشارت نتائج البحث الحالي ان المرشدين التربويين العاملين في مدارس محافظة ديالى يفتقدون للكثير من المهارات الناعمة في العمل في المدارس مثل مهارة ( الأحتراف _ والأتصال والتواصل _ القيادة _ أدارة الأزمات ) في حين تمتعوا بمهارتي ( التفكير الناقد , اتخاذ القرارات وحل المشكلات) واشارت جميع النتائج لصالح الذكور وبناء على ما تم التوصل اليه قدم الباحث مجموعة من التوصيات والمقترحات.The current research is summarized in a basic concept: Soft skills, as soft skills represent personal and behavioral traits or the level of commitment of a person that distinguishes him from other individuals who may have the same skills and technical expertise. These skills also mean those aspects related to tact in speaking and good appearance. Distinguished, and possessing special talents that highlight the applicant for the job among his peers, and the importance of the current research lies in making educational counselors able to develop an understanding of the relationships between man and his social and natural environment. The current research aims to identify the soft skills of educational counselors working in Diyala Governorate schools. Statistically significant differences in the soft skills of educational counselors according to the gender variable (males - females), and for the purpose of achieving these goals, the researcher prepared the research tool according to the social learning theory and the definition of Porsons, which consists of the soft skills scale consisting of (6) skills, which are each of (Critical thinking, professionalism, crisis management, communication, leadership, decision-making and problem solving) and after verification Among the psychometric characteristics of the scale, the researcher applied it to a sample consisting of (250) counselors based on the descriptive approach in the current study, and the research community consists of (476) mentors and tutors for the year (2020-2021), and the research data was processed by statistical means that fit with the nature and objectives Research using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS). The results of the current research indicated that educational counselors working in Diyala governorate schools lack many soft skills at work in schools, such as (professionalism _ communication and communication _ leadership _ crisis management) while they enjoyed my skills (thinking). Critic, decision making and problem solving) All results indicated in favor of males and based on what was reached, the researcher presented a set of recommendations and suggestions.
