فقهاء مدينة بالس

Abstract

كانت مدينة بالس دليلاً مهماً على عراقة حضارة بلاد الشام، فيعود تاريخ بنائها إلى القرنين الرابع عشر والثالث عشر ق.م، يمكن نسبها إلى قائمة المدن الجديدة التي شيدت في سوريا، مما أكد أهمية بالس؛ بأنها من المدن المهمة التي برزت كحاضرة على ضفاف نهر الفرات الغربي ، إذ يعُد العصر العباسي الفترة الذهبية للأنتاج العلمي والفكري الحقيقي لعلماء مدينة بالس، واسهاماتهم في التطور الحضاري للأمة الإسلامية، وأنتقل أكثرهم إلى الحواضر الإسلامية؛ بسبب توالي النكبات والحروب على بالس و أقاموا في تلك الحواضر يعملون في فنونهم ومجالاتهم وعلومهم . College of Education for Humanities Barbalissos city, like many ancient cities in Levant, contributed a significant share in the Arab-Islamic civilization, giving birth to many celebrities and figures and in various fields of knowledge, including those related to poetry, language, syntax, and in addition to the emergence of many of the jurists and modernists of hadith , and whose voices were raised in their passages. The study is divided into two researches, preceded by an introduction and followed by a conclusion, followed by a list of sources, references, and a summary of the dissertation in English. In the first research, the researcher dealt with the study of Barbalissos city in ancient times in terms of its name, its location, description its borders, its climate and the plans of the city while Second research, the jurists of Barbalissos the city concluded with biographies of its most important jurists and explaining their intellectual impact, and their scientific biography, including their most prominent sheikhs and students, their books, and their movements between Islamic cities and regions.
