قياس التدريس الفعال لمعلمي العلوم في المرحلة الابتدائية

Abstract

يهدف البحث الى قياس التدريس الفعال لمعلمي العلوم في المرحلة الابتدائية من خلال الاجابة عن التساؤلات الاتية : 1- ما مدى امتلاك معلمي مادة العلوم للصف الخامس الابتدائي لمهارات التدريس الفعال. 2- ترتيب مهارات التدريس الفعال من حيث اهميتها من وجهة نظر افراد عينة البحث. واعتمد الباحث المنهج الوصفي وكانت العينة متمثله بمعلمي المرحله الابتدائية لمادة العلوم للصف الخامس الابتدائي ولغرض الاجابة عن التساؤلات اعد الباحث مقياس( مهارات التدريس الفعال لمعلمي العلوم ) وتم اتباع الخطوات العلمية واستخراج الصدق والثبات له ولأجل استخراج الصدق والثبات له ولأجل استخراج النتائج استخدمت الوسائل الاحصائية التالية (معادلة الاتفاق لكوبر, معادلة الفاكرونباخ, قياس معامل الثبات). وأظهرت نتائج البحث ان معلمي العلوم للصف الخامس الابتدائي يمتلكون التدريس الفعال بنحو عام يعينهم على أداء مهامهم. وكذلك بالنسبة لترتيب مهارات التدريس الفعال من حيث اهميتها أظهرت النتائج بأن مجال (تصميم الانشطة التعليمية الملائمة) جاء بالترتيب الأول, ومجال (توفير مناخ ميسر للتعليم) بالترتيب الأخير. The research aims (measuring the effective teaching of science teachers at the primary level by answering the next questions:

The extent to which science teachers in the fifth grade have effective teaching skills.

Arranging effective teaching skills in terms of their importance from the point of view of the members of the research sample.

The researcher adopted the descriptive analyticaul approach and the sampele was represeinted by science teachers for fifth grade of primary school and used the following statistical methods (the equation of agreement for Cooper, the Alpha-Cronbach equation, and the measurement of the stability factor).

The results showed that science teachers for the fifth grade of primary school have a performance of skills to teach effectively about a year to supports them to perform their tasks. As well as the arrangement of effective teaching skills in terms of their importance came in the first order the field (design of appropriate educational activities), and the last arrangement is the field (providing a favorable environment for education).
