اقتصاد المعلومات ( دراسة في الجغرافية السياسية )

Abstract

ان الثورة المعلوماتية وما جاءت به من وسائل الاتصال وتكنولوجيا المعلومات أدت الى سيل ضخم من المعلومات والمعارف التي تخطت الحدود الجغرافية وساهمت في تغير الأفكار والاساليب والأدوات وطبيعة العلاقات بين المجتمعات والدول واثرت على اقتصاد الدول حيث ساهم استخدم التكنولوجيا المعلوماتية والاتصالية في تحول اقتصاديات الدول من الاقتصاد التقليدي إلى الاقتصاد المعلوماتي , وتهدف الدراسة الى تسليط الضوء على الاهمية الاقتصادية للصناعة المختصة بتكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات ومساهماتها في ارتفاع الدخل القومي لهذه الدول وتوصلت الدراسة الى النتائج التي مفادها ان استخدام وصناعة واستثمار التكنولوجيا المعلوماتية والاتصالية ادت الى زيادة الدخل القومي لدى الدول التي تحولت من الاقتصاد التقليدي إلى الاقتصاد المعلوماتي وهي الدول المتقدمة وهذا ادى إلى تكوين نظام جديد لتقسيم العمل الدولي وتغير في وظائف وقوة الدول ومن ابرز الدول التي ساهمت المعلوماتية في دخلها هي الصين حيث بلغت 27.1 وكوريا الجنوبية 28.9 اضافة الى الولايات المتحدة الامريكية التي بلغت نسبتها 9.7 . The information revolution and its means of communication and information technology led to a huge stream of information and knowledge that crossed geographical borders and contributed to changing ideas, methods, tools and the nature of relations between societies and countries and affected the economies of countries where the use of information and communication technology contributed to the transformation of the economies of countries from the traditional economy To the information economy, the study aims to shed light on the economic importance of the industry specialized in information and communication technology and its contributions to the rise in the national income of these countries. The information economy, which is the developed countries, and this led to the formation of a new system for the international division of labor and a change in the functions and power of countries. The most prominent countries that contributed to the informatics in their income are China, which amounted to 27.1, South Korea 28.9 in addition to the United States of America, which amounted to 9.7.
