Abstract: This experiment was carried out to asses effect some egg productive and qulity characters and Chemical Analysis , of red ginseng roots (Panax ginseng) alcoholic extract on Japanese Quail Females .A total of 180 females ,6 weeks old were used, birds were randomly distributed to four treatments with three replicates (15 birds/replicate). The birds were reared in four floor batteries and the experiment lasted for 8 weeks. The experimental treatments as follows: 0, 50, 75, 100 mg alcoholic extract / L drinking water for T1,T2,T3 and T4 respectively. Chemical analysis of plant roots alcohol of phytochemical compounds, Saponins, Flavonoids, Alkaloids, Terpens, Tanin , were calculated.. Analysis of plant roots alcohol extract indicated the existence of phytochemical compounds, Saponins, Flavonoids, Alkaloids, Terpens , Tanin their were significant (P≤0.05 increase in the rate of egg production in T2 at age of 9 weeks. A significant (P≤0.05) was found in egg weight in T3 at ages (7, 9, 12, 13) weeks in comparison with T1,T2 and T4,while T2 and T3 was significantly increased compared to T1 at age of (8,11)weeks. Regarding the quality features of egg,T3 and T4 was increased significantly compared to T1 and T2 in rate of relative weight of albumin, while T1 and T2 showed significant (P≤0.05) increase in rate of relative weight of egg yolk. T1 increased compared to T2, T3, T4 in rate of relative weight of egg shell, while T3 increase In the rate of Haugh unit compared to other experiment treatments. In general we can concluded that adding ginseng 50, 75 mg/ml drinking water gave the best result.
