مصطلحات الأطعمة عند أبي بكر الرازي (ت:310ه) في كتابه الطب الملوكي دراسة تحليلية

Abstract

عنيت اللغة العربية بالعديد من المصطلحات ومن بينها المصطلحات الاطعمة لأهميتها في الحياة ، فمن الملاحظ أنه لا يخلو كتاب لغوي من بعض هذهِ المصطلحات، وإن الرازي (ت:310ه) جمعها في كتابه (الطب الملوكي) الذي اخترته عينة لبحثي ، وذلك لأنه زاخرٌ وغنيٌ بالمصطلحات الاطعمة. وفي هذا البحث سأتناول بالعناية والدراسة أحد أنواع المصطلحات الأطعمة مبينة معناها وصناعتها، وارتأيت أن أقسمها على قسمين بحسب المكون الأساسي لها وهي: اللحوم والمعجنات. The Arabic language is concerned with many terms, including food terms for its importance in life. It is noticeable that it is not without any linguistic book is full of some of these terms. Al-Razi (D. 310 AH) collected them in his book (Al-Tib Al-Maluke) translated as (Royal Medicine) which is chosen as a research sample, because it is full and rich with food terms. In this research, the researcher will deal with care and study of one of the types of food terms indicating their meaning to their basic component: meat and pastries.
