Abstract

يعد الوعي والتربية المائية احد الخيارات الأستراتيجية في ترشيد أستهلاك المياه العذبة ، ويمكن تحقيقها عن طريق تنمية هذه المفاهيم المائية بشكل تدريجي في ظل المناهج الدراسية التي تتخذ من البيئة ميدانا لها ، كذلك أكساب الفرد سلوكيات أيجابية تساعدهم في حماية بيئتهم من خلال المهارات للعمل البيئي والتعامل الرشيد مع الموارد المائية بشكل يساعد على أستخدامها والحفاظ عليها من عوامل الهدر والتلوث . يعد التعليم والوعي المجتمعي من اهم الأطر المؤسساتية التي ستمكن المجتمعات من مواجهة نقص الموارد المائية العذبة وما يرافقها من مخاطر على أستقرار المجتمعات ، ولابد من الأشارة الى ان التطور التقني والأستخدام الكفوء للموارد المائية يستند على قاعدة اساسية وهو المدى الذي توليه المجتمعات والمؤسسات الحكومية للتعليم والبحوث والتطوير في مجال الموارد المائية . ان الوعي وتربية المجتمع واجب وطني ومسؤولية تقع على عاتق كل المؤسسات الحكومية والاعلامية والدينية ، فلابد من نشر الوعي المائي بين شرائح المجتمع بدءاً من الاسرة من خلال تثقيف الطفل من صغرة على عدم تبذير المياه أضافة الى التحول من ثقافة الوفرة المائية الى ثقافة الترشيد والتأكيد على استراتيجية الدولة في مجال الشأن المائي من ترشيد وتوعية وتنمية لمواجهة التحديات التي تواجه الشأن المائي .
