تحليل جغرافي للإقليم التجاري في مدينة بعقوبة و ابعاده الإقليمية

Abstract

اعتمدت الباحثة في اعداد هذا البحث على الدراسة الميدانية ( استمارة الاستبانة ) للإقليم التجاري امتدادات وابعاد لا تقتصر على منطقة البحث بل تشمل اقضية المحافظة و تتعداها الى محافظات أخرى وان مدينة بعقوبة تتمتع بنشاط تجاري متنوع وذو مستوى عالي جعل من المدينة مركز مستقطب وجاذب للمتسوقين من المدن الأخرى لكون المدينة تحتوي على العديد من المؤسسات التجارية لذا فان مناطق نفوذ تلك المؤسسات لمختلف البضائع و السلع تختلف حسب نوع السلعة بين منطقة نفوذ تجارة المواد الغذائية و منطقة نفوذ بيع الأجهزة الكهربائية ومنطقة نفوذ تجارة الأدوات و المعدات الزراعية و بيع الاقمشة إضافة الى منطقة نفوذ تجارة الأدوات الاحتياطية للسيارات ولرسم حدود إقليم منطقة نفوذ كل إقليم لجات الباحثة الى توزيع استمارة استبانة بلغ عددها 95 الى محلات بيع الجملة في المدينة للكشف عن اعداد المترددين ( المتسوقين ) الى تلك المؤسسات من خارج المدينة وتم تفريغها وجدولتها ببرنامج Spss ورسم خرائط نفوذ كل إقليم بتقنية نظم المعلومات الجغرافية وتوصل البحث الى نتائج عديدة منها ان منطقة نفوذ تجارة المواد الغذائية يشمل جميع اقضية المحافظة ماعدا قضاء خانقين وكفري اما حدود إقليم تجارة بيع الأجهزة الكهربائية يشمل جميع اقضية المحافظة اما حدود إقليم تجارة المواد الانشائية يتعدى اقضية المحافظة ليشمل محافظة تكريت اما إقليم تجارة الأدوات و المعدات الزراعية يشمل جميع اقضية المحافظة اما حدود إقليم تجارة الاقمشة وبيع الأدوات الاحتياطية للسيارات تشمل جميع الاقضية لمحافظة ديالى ماعدا قضاء كفري و بنسب تتباين بين قضاء واخر لجميع الأقاليم التجارية The researcher in the preparation of this research relied on the field study (questionnaire form) for the commercial territory extensions and dimensions not limited to the research area but includes the province districts and exceed them to other provinces and that the city of Baquba enjoys a diverse and high level commercial activity made the city a polarized center and attractive to shoppers from other cities because the city contains many commercial institutions so the areas of influence of these institutions for different goods and goods vary according to the type of commodity between the area of influence trade trade Food, the area of influence of the sale of electrical appliances and the area of influence of the trade of agricultural tools and equipment and the sale of fabrics in addition to the area of influence of the trade of spare tools for cars and to draw the boundaries of the territory of the area of influence of each region of the researcher's lat to distribute a questionnaire form numbered 95 to wholesale stores in the city to reveal the number of undecided (shoppers) to those institutions from outside the city and was emptied and scheduled by spss Mapping the influence of each region with GIS technology and the research reached many results, including that the area of influence of the food trade includes all districts of the province except the district of Khanaqin and Kfari, but the borders of the province trade the sale of electrical appliances includes all districts of the province, but the borders of the province trade of electrical appliances, but the borders of the province of trade of construction materials exceed the provinces to include the province to include the province of trade tools and agricultural equipment, but the borders of the province of trade fabrics and the sale of spare tools for cars include all districts For Diyala province except Kfary district and in proportions that vary from district to district for all commercial territories
