العوامل البشرية والتنمية الريفية المستدامة في ناحية المنصورية

Abstract

تناولت الدراسة الامكانات البشرية واهميتها في تحقيق التنمية الريفية المستدامة من عدد السكان ومعدل نموهم في ريف ناحية المنصورية والكثافة السكانية بأنواعها لبيان اهمية هذه الامكانيات في تحقيق التنمية الريفية المستدامة في منطقة الدراسة . اذ تبين ان عدد السكان في ريف ناحية المنصورية بزيادة مستمرة ، اذ بلغ (51037 ) نسمة من خلال حجم سكان في كل مقاطعة زراعية ، وجاءت مقاطعة 1/ شروين بأعلى عدد للسكان بلغ (12430 ) نسمة واقل عدد للسكان في مقاطعة 15/المرفوع بلغ (789 ) . فيما جاءت الكثافات السكانية متباينة بثلاث فئات جاءت الكثافة العامة (55,9) والكثافة الريفية بلغت (155,9) والكثافة الزراعية بلغت (130,6) نسمة/دونم في عموم ريف ناحية المنصورية ،ويتضح من هذه الكثافات اهمية دور السكان الريف في تحقيق التنمية الريفية المستدامة في ريف ناحية المنصورية لامتلاكها العوامل البشرية المتمثلة بسكان الريف التي تساعد على تحقيق التنمية الريفية . The study dealt with human potential and its importance in achieving sustainable rural development in terms of the population and its growth rate in the Mansouriya district, and the population density of all kinds, to show the importance of these capabilities in achieving sustainable rural development in the study area. As it was found that the population in the countryside of Al-Mansuriya sub-district is constantly increasing, as it reached (51037) people through the size of the population in each agricultural district, and the Shirween 1 district came with the highest population number amounting to (12430) people and the lowest population in the 15th district / Al-Marfoo’ reached ( 789). While the population densities varied in three categories, the general density was (55.9), the rural density amounted to (155.9), and the agricultural density amounted to (130.6) people / dunums throughout the Mansouriya district. It is clear from these densities the importance of the role of the rural population in achieving Sustainable rural development in the countryside of Al-Mansuriya district, because it possesses the human factors represented by the rural population that help achieve rural development.
