تأثير اسلوب بيك في خفض لوم الذات لدى طلبة الجامعة

Abstract

يستهدف البحث الحالي التعرف على تأثير اسلوب بيك في خفض لوم الذات لدى طلبة الجامعة ، ولتحقيق ذلك قامت الباحثة ببناء مقياس لوم الذات يتكون من 18 فقرة وبعد استخراج الخصائص السيكومترية للمقياس طبقته الباحثة على عينة مكونة من 12 طالب وطالبة من طلبة الجامعة مقسمين الى مجموعتين 6 مجموعة تجريبية و 6 مجموعة ضابطة ، واستعملت الباحثة الوسائل الإحصائية المناسبة ، وتم بناء المقياس ، والبرنامج الارشادي في ضوء نظرية الارشاد او العلاج المعرفي لـ ( بيك ) ، واظهرت النتائج بوجود تأثير مما يعني ان البرنامج الارشادي ناجح ومؤثر واسهم في خفض لوم الذات لدى طلبة الجامعة ، ووضعت الباحثة عدد من التوصيات والمقترحات.The current research aims to identify the effect of the Beck method in reducing self-blame among university students, and to achieve this, the researcher built a self-blame scale consisting of 18 items, and after extracting the psychometric properties of the scale, the researcher applied it to a sample of 12 university students divided into two groups 6 groups Experimental and 6 control groups, and the researcher used the appropriate statistical means, and the scale and the counseling program were built in the light of the counseling theory or cognitive therapy for (Beck).
