العمل التطوعي ودوره في تحقيق متطلبات التنمية المستدامة ٢٠٣٠: بئر رومة نموذجا

Abstract

استهدف البحث الكشف عن مطلب من متطلبات التنمية المستدامة وعنصرًا من عناصر تحقيق رؤية 2030 داخل المملكة العربية السعودية خاصة والمجتمعات الإسلامية بصفة عامة، وهو تفعيل العمل التطوعي بين أفراد المجتمع؛ وذلك بضرب نموذج للترغيب في المبادرة إليه، من خلال الكشف عن صنيع عثمان بن عفان {} في بئر رومة. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن العمل التطوعي يعد أحد أهم الوسائل التي يمكن أن تنهض بالمجتمع وتعمل على وحدة وتماسك أفراده، فضلًا عن أنه يمثل ملمحًا قويًا للتماسك والمسئولية المجتمعية. وتوصلت الدراسة كذلك إلى أن العمل التطوعي يعد أحد المؤشرات على تقدم الأمم وازدهارها، فكلما ازداد التقدم والرقى في دولة معينة ازداد حجم مشاركة مواطنيها في العمل التطوعي، كما أن تنمية ثقافة العمل التطوعي في المجتمع أصبحت مطلبًا من متطلبات الحياة المعاصرة وحاجة ملحة لمواكبة التنمية والتطور السريع في كافة مجالات الحياة، خصوصا وأن العمل التطوعي يمثل إحدى الركائز الأساسية في بناء وتنمية المجتمع ونشر التآلف الاجتماعي بين المواطنين. و أكدت الدراسة على أن العمل التطوعي بمنهجه الاجتماعي والإنساني؛ أصبح مؤشراً من مؤشرات المواطنة الصالحة الفاعلة والمسؤولة، ودليلا على مقدار تطور الأمم وتقدمها، وهذا يُوجب على كل مجتمع أن يربي أبناءه تربية تقوم على التطوع، ومساعدة الآخرين، وعمل الخير، وكل ما من شأنه أن يسهم في تطوير المجتمعات وذلك من خلال نظمها التعليمية. كما أكد البحث على أهمية العمل التطوعي كمرتكز من مرتكزات التنمية المستدامة في شتى مجالاتها بل إنه أحد أهم المرتكزات للتنمية بمفهومها الشامل حسب ما تقتضيه رؤية 2030، فمن خلاله تتم المساهمة في النشاطات الاجتماعية والاقتصادية بأشكالها المختلفة. The research aimed to reveal a requirement of sustainable development requirements and an element of achieving Vision 2030 elements in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in particular and Islamic societies in general, that is activate voluntary work among members of society, by setting a model to encourage initiating it by revealing the deeds of Othman bin Affan {Peace be upon him} in Rumah well .Voluntary work is one of the most important means that can advance society and work on unity and cohesion of its members. The voluntary work is considered one of the indicators of the progress and prosperity of nations. The more progress and advancement in a particular country, the greater the participation of its citizens in voluntary work. that the development of a culture of voluntary work in society has become a requirement for contemporary life and an urgent need to keep pace with development and rapid development in all areas of life, especially voluntary work is considered one of the main pillars in building and developing society and spreading social harmony among citizens. The study also emphasized that Voluntary work with its social and humanitarian approach has become an indicator of good, effective and responsible citizenship, and an indication of the extent to which nations develop and advance, so each society must raise its children based on volunteering, helping others, doing good, and everything that can contribute to developing societies through its educational systems. The research also it is one of the most important pillars of development in its comprehensive concept, as required by Vision 2030, through which it contributes to social and economic activities in its various forms. 12
