Abstract

تناول البحث دراسة التوزيع المكاني لاستعمالات الارض الخاصة بالنقل و الخدمات ( مجتمعية – تحتية ) والبساتين والاراضي الفارغة في مدينة كنعان للمرحلة المورفولوجية المعاصرة (2003 – 2021) و كفاية هذه الخدمات معتمدين بذلك على عدد السكان و توزيعهم المكاني ، وتم تحديد مشكلة البحث للتعرف على واقع صورة التوزيع الجغرافي لاستعمالات الارض الخاصة بالنقل و الخدمات المجتمعية و التحتية في المدينة ، ومن ثم بيان طبيعة توزيعها مع عدد السكان ، وهدف البحث للتعرف على واقع استعمالات الارض الخاصة بالنقل و الخدمات المجتمعية و التحتية و توزيعها المكاني في المدينة ومن ثم تقييم كفاءتها بالاعتماد على عدد من المعايير التخطيطية المحلية ، وتم تعزيز ذلك بالجداول و الخرائط ، وتوصل البحث الى نتائج عدة منها تباين في مستوى الخدمات المجتمعية من كفايتها العددية و كفاءتها و توزيعها ، اذ يعود ذلك الى ازدياد اعداد السكان في المدينة بشكل كبير وضغطهم على هذه الخدمات ، وهذا بدوره يؤثر سلباً على حجم الخدمات المقدمة لسكان المدينة .The research dealt with the study of the spatial distribution of land uses for transportation, services (community - infrastructure), orchards and empty lands in the city of Canaan for the contemporary morphological stage (2003-2021) and the adequacy of these services, depending on the number of residents and their spatial distribution, and the research problem was identified to identify the reality An image of the geographical distribution of land uses for transportation, community services and infrastructure in the city, and then an indication of the nature of its distribution with the number of residents, and the aim of the research is to identify the reality of land uses for transportation, community services and infrastructure and its spatial distribution in the city and then evaluate its efficiency depending on the number of From the local planning standards, and this was reinforced by tables and maps, and the research reached several results, including a variation in the level of community services in terms of their numerical adequacy, efficiency and distribution, as this is due to the large increase in the number of residents in the city and their pressure on these services, and this in turn affects Negatively on the volume of services provided to the city's residents.
