التسامح وعلاقته بالمسايرة الاجتماعيــة لــدى طلبـة الجامعة

Abstract

استهدف البحث الحالي التعرف على : 1. التسامح لدى طلبة الجامعة . 2. دلالة الفروق في التسامح على وفق متغير الجنس ( ذكور ـــــ اناث ) 3. التعرف على المسايرة الاجتماعية لدى طلبة الجامعة . 4. التعرف على دلالة الفروق في المسايرة الاجتماعية لدى طلبة الجامعة على وفق متغير الجنس ( ذكور ـــــ اناث ) 5- التعرف على العلاقة بين التسامح والمسايرة الاجتماعية وبعد اختيار عينة البحث البالغة 400 طالب وطالبة من مجتمع البحث الاصلي (طلبة الجامعة المستنصرية ) وباستعمال الوسائل الاحصائية المناسبة بعد تطبيق مقياسي البحث توصل الباحث الى النتائج الاتية : 1- وجود مستوى جيد من المسايرة الاجتماعية لدى عينة البحث 2- اظهر نتائج البحث ان عينة البحث لديها مستوى جيد من التسامح الاجتماعي 3- وجود فروق في التسامح والمسايرة الاجتماعية لدى عينة البحث ولصالح عينة الذكور 4- اظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة ارتباطية سالبة بين التسامح والمسايرة الاجتماعية وخرج الباحث بمجموعة من التوصيات والمقترحات The current research aimed to identify: 1. forgiveness among university students. 2. The significance of the differences in forgiveness according to the gender variable (male - female). 3. Getting to know the social harmony of university students. 4. Identifying social harmony in light of the gender variable class (male-female). 5- Recognizing the relationship between forgiveness and social harmony . After selecting the research sample of 400 male and female students from the original research community (Al-Mustansiriya University students) and using the appropriate statistics after the two research scales, the researcher reached the following: 1- There is a good level of social compatibility in the research sample 2- The research results showed that the research sample has a good level of social forgiveness . 3- There are differences in forgiveness and social harmony among the research sample and in favor of the male sample 1- The results showed that there is a negative correlation between forgiveness and social harmony . The researcher also came up with a set of recommendations and suggestions.
