Abstract: The teacher is considered as an important element of teaching process . The importance of preparing him for a profession of teaching is regarded as an important matter for achieving the purposes of that teaching process The process of preparing him requires devotion and accuracy in choice and in the way of designing suitable programms to prepare him and develop his sufficienties before and during his serice . Therefore the process of preparing him as a teacher in the colleges of Education has been an important matter in order to make him get teaching sofficienties before the service itself that helps him to do his responsibilities to achieve the educational purposes in its different aspect . Here lies the importance of the present research in determining the required educational sofficienties for student teachers in the department of the present research in determining the required educational sufficienties for student teachers in the department of Methods of Teaching Holy Arabic rules in the collegss of education . The present research aims at determining the required educational sofficiencies for student teachers in that department and exploring single distinctions among the views of the lectures concering the importance of the assessment of sufficiencies according to the factor of sex ( male / female ) . The present research is limited only to Dealacollege of Education department of Meth0ds to Teaching Holy Arabic . To achieve the aime of this research the scholar determined away of the required educational sufficiencies for student teachers in that department depending on literature previous studies and documents related to the educational sufficiencies . The criteria of the scholar is described with validity and reliability Therefore the scholar found the face validity and internal validity according to half division and ALfokrunbakh . The coefficient of reliability researched ( .,96% ) before the correcting , but after correcting it , by the use of Seperman Brown equating it becomes ( .,98% ) which is a good coefficient of reliability for the purpose of this research . After the analysis of the data and its treatment statistically we got ( 72 ) items out of ( 94 ) distributing on seven fields : 1 . The field of educational purposes . 2 . The field of preparing the lesson and planning for it . 3 . The field of achieving the lesson . 4 . The field of scientific sufficiencies . 5 . The field of assessment . 6 . The field of personal features . 7 . The field of system and personal relation . After completing the measures of the way it has been applied to haphazard sample consisting of ( 14 ) lectures from the colleges of Education department of Methods of Teaching . Holy Arabic it has been applied to samples of lecturers in the department mentioned above whose number is (46 ) F/M as basic samples chosen randomly collecting from a society consisting of ( 60 ) lecturers originally . The Results are : 1 . The seven fields have been order according to their ordered importance from the point of views of the lecturers in that relevant department . A . The field of scientific sufficiencies gets the first place (92,80). B . The field of personal features gets the second place (92,70) . C . The field of preparing the lesson gets the third place (91,43 ). D . The field of educational purposes gets the fourth place (91,39) . E . The field of implementing the lesson gets the fifth place (91,06) . F . The field of assessment gets the sixth place (88,87) . G . The field of system and human relations gets the seventh place (88,83) . 2 . Sufficiencies have been ordered from the point of view of the lectures regardless their fields . 3 . there are distinctions in the study between the responses of the samples according to sex factor and the responses of the samples according to the educational serrices concerning ordering the Sufficiencies . Thus the scholar tries to say : 1 . Make use of the list of sufficiencies mentioned above in the research of college of Education department of Methods to Teaching Holy Arabic the teacher . 2 . Make use of the list of the assessment related to the student teachers by their tutors in the department mentioned above .
