فاعلية استخدام استراتيجية (K.W.L.H) في التحصيل المعرفي لبعض مفاهيم طرائق التدريس ودوافع التعلم

Abstract

ملخص البحث يهدف البحث الى تحليل م فاعلية اسلوب التحفيز الاداري للقيادات الاكاديمية لكليات التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة من وجهة نظر اعضاء هيئات التدريس في جامعات بغداد حيث تم تحديد المجال البشري بأعضاء الهيئات التدريسية في كليات التربية البدنيـة وعلوم الرياضة في بغداد. وقد تم تطبيق البحث للمدة من 6/3/2022 لغايـة 6/5/2022. في كليــــــات التربيــــــة البدنيـــــة (المستنصريـــــة . الجادريـــــة . الوزيريــــة ). وقد استنتج الباحث ان يمتلك القيادات الاكاديمية القدرة على اثارة الخوف لدينا بين الحين والاخر بين اعضاء الهيئات التدريسية ويبتعد اصحاب القرار من القيادات الاكاديمية عن مشاركة اعضاء الهيئات التدريسية عند وقوع الازمات ويمتلك اصحاب القرار الاكاديمية القدرة على اثارة مبدأ التشجيع والمثابرة على العمل و يقوم بإعطائنا تحذيرات وتوجيهات للعمل بشكل جيد وبعيد عن التلكؤ في العمل واوصى الباحث. بضرورة اشراك اعضاء الهيئات التدريسية في اتخاذ القرار وخاصة عند وقوع الازمات وضرورة على اصحاب القرار الاكاديمي ان يعتمدون على مبدأ الثواب والعقاب لأعضاء الهيئات التدريسية وبشكل عادل وعمل دورات وورش عمل عن اهمية الاساليب القيادية التحفيزية في اثارة اعضاء الهيئات التدريسية. Research summary The research aims to analyze the effectiveness of the administrative motivation method for academic leaders of the faculties of physical education and sports sciences from the point of view of faculty members in Baghdad universities, where the human Field was identified by faculty members in the faculties of physical education and Sports Sciences in Baghdad. The need to involve faculty members in decision-making, especially when crises occur, and the need for academic decision-makers to rely on the principle of reward and punishment for faculty members fairly and to conduct courses and workshops on the importance of motivational leadership methods in arousing faculty members.
