Abstract: يهدف البحث الحالي إلى تعديل إتجاهات التلاميذ الأسوياء نحو أقرانهم من ذوى الإحتياجات الخاصة من خلال منظومة إرشادية تدريبيه تعددت الفنيات والطرق الإرشادية فيها بهدف تعديل الإتجاهات نحو ذوى الإحتياجات اThe effectiveness of a training mentoring program in adjusting the attitudes of normal students in late childhood towards their peers with special needs in integration schools. The aim of research The current research aims to modify the attitudes of the normal students towards their peers with special needs through a training guidance system, there are multiple techniques and guidance methods in them with the aim of modifying the trends towards those with special needs from negative to positive The sample: The sample of the study consisted of 20 children in the late childhood stage, all of them were normal males from Jamal Abdel Nasser Primary School for Boys, one of the schools of integration for the administration of East Shubra Al-Khaimah neighborhood that is integrated into the classes between those with special needs and the poor. They were divided into 10 students as an experimental group and 10 others as a group Control between the ages of (9-12) years and the IQ ranges from 90 -110. The two groups were equal in time, intelligence, social, economic and cultural level. Tools 1- Measuring normal student attitudes toward people with special needs 2- Training pilot program 3- Initial data collection form. Results The results of the study indicated that there are statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the experimental group and the control group in the dimensional measurement on the scale of trends towards people with special needs for the benefit of the experimental group. For the benefit of telemetry, "To verify the validity of the previous hypothesis, the researcher used the Wilkson test" for the associated groups, and there are no statistically significant differences between the mean scores for the post-test and the follow-up of the experimental group on the scale of trends towards y Z special needs.
