السلوك التنظيمي لدى مدربي مدارس الموهبة الرياضة في محافظات وسط العراق

Abstract

هدف البحث الحالي التعرف على مستوى السلوك التنظيمي لدى مدربي المدارس التخصصية التابعة الى دائرة شؤون الاقاليم في وزارة الشباب والرياضة العراقية للعام 2022 , اتبع الباحث المنهج الوصفي لتحقيق اهدافه , وتكون مجتمع البحث الحالي من المدربين لمختلف الفعاليات الرياضية في المنطقة الوسطى والبالغ عددهم (59) مدرب موزعين وفق الشهادة الحاصلين عليها و سنوات الخدمة تبنى الباحث مقياس (رأفت سمير مسعد) للسلوك التنظيمي , استخرج الباحث الخصائص السيكومترية للمقياس من صدق وثبات , واستعمل الباحث الاساليب الاحصائية اللازمة لتحقيق اهداف البحث , وبينت نتائج البحث تمتع مدربي المدارس التخصصية بمستوى عالي من السلوك التنظيمي , كما اظهرت النتائج وجود فرق حقيقي في مستوى السلوك التنظيمي يرجع الى سنوات الخدمة , مبينة ان المدربين الذين لديهم خدمة اكثر من (5) سنوات اعلى في مستوى السلوك التنظيمي , كما لم تبين النتائج وجود فرق في مستوى السلوك التنظيمي يرجع الى الشهادة الجامعية للمدربين , وقدم الباحث مجموعة من التوصيات والمقترحات التي تساعد الباحثين و العمل الرياضي عامة . وان اهم الاستنتاجات هي: - يتمتع المدربين في المدارس التخصصية بمستوى عالي من السلوك لتنظيمي - هناك وجود فرق في السلوك التنظيمي بين المدربين بالنسبة لسنوات الخدم - المدربين الذين يمتلكون مدة من الخبرة اكثر هم اكثر سلوكا تنظيميا - المدربين الذين لديهم خبرة قليلة هم اقل سلوكا تنظيميا - لا يختلف السلوك التنظيمي عند المدربين باختلاف شهاداتهم الجامعية اما التوصيات هي : - العمل على اعداد برامج تدريبية ادارية لتنشيط عمل المدربين - العمل على اعداد دورات ادراية بالنسبة لمدربين الجدد قليلي الخبرة - عقد ندوات ومؤتمرات بالجانب الاداري لا سيما السلوك التنظيمي للمدربين وفي مختلف الفعاليات الرياضية - الاهتمام بالجانب الاداري ضمن المنهاج المعد للمدربين ولمختلف الفعاليات الرياضي The aim of the current research is to identify the level of organizational behavior among the trainers of the specialized schools affiliated to the Department of Regional Affairs in the Iraqi Ministry of Youth and Sports for the year 2022. Distributed according to the certificate obtained and years of service, the researcher adopted a scale (Raafat Samir Massad) for organizational behavior. The researcher extracted the psychometric properties of the scale from validity and reliability. The researcher used the statistical methods necessary to achieve the research goals. The results of the research showed that the specialized school trainers enjoyed a high level of organizational behavior, as the results showed. The existence of a real difference in the level of organizational behavior is due to the years of service, indicating that the trainers who have served more than (5) years are higher in the level of organizational behavior, and the results did not show a difference in the level of organizational behavior due to the trainers’ university certificate. The researcher presented a group of Recommendations and suggestions that help researchers and sports work in general. The most important conclusions are: Trainers in specialized schools have a high level of organizational behavior There is a difference in organizational behavior between coaches in relation to years of service Coaches with more experience have more organizational behaviour Coaches with little experience have less organizational behaviour The organizational behavior of trainers does not differ according to their university degrees She: recommendations either Preparing administrative training programs to activate the work of trainers Preparing management courses for new and inexperienced trainers Holding seminars and conferences on the administrative side, especially the organizational behavior of coaches and in various sporting events Paying attention to the administrative aspect within the curriculum prepared for coaches and for various sporting events
