اثر برنامج ارشادي قائم على الارشاد المختصر في تنمية مهارات الاستماع لدى المرشدين التربويين

Abstract

واستهدف البحث التعرف على أثر برنامج ارشادي قائم على الارشاد المختصر في تنمية مهارات الاستماع لدى المرشدين التربويين في مديرية تربية محافظة بغداد الرصافة الأولى والثانية . ولتحقيق هذا الهدف تطلب اختبار الفرضيات الصفرية الآتية : 1) لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0.05) بين رتب درجات المجموعة التجريبية في الاختبارين القبلي والبعدي على مقياس مهارات الاستماع . 2) لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0.05) بين رتب درجات المجموعة الضابطة في الاختبارين القبلي والبعدي على مقياس مهارات الاستماع . وقد تحدد البحث الحالي المرشدين التربويين في مديرية تربية محافظة بغداد الرصافة الأولى والثانية للعام الدراسي (2020 - 2021 م) ، وتكونت عينة التحليل الاحصائي من (300) مرشد تم اختيارهم عشوائياً من عينة البحث اما عينة تطبيق البرنامج فقد بلغت (20) مرشداً تم توزيعهم على مجموعتين بواقع (10) مرشدين لكل مجموعة في التجريبية والضابطة ، قام الباحث ببناء مقياس مهارات الاستماع الذي تكوّن من (45) فقرة بصيغته الاولية وتم عرضه على مجموعة من المحكمين في القياس والتقويم وعلم النفس للتاكد من الصدق الظاهري وصدق البناء حيث اصبح المقياس (40) فقرة بصيغته النهائية . وقد اظهرت النتائج أّن للبرنامج الارشادي قائم على الارشاد المختصر اثر في تنمية مهارات الاستماع لدى المرشدين التربويين في مديرية تربية محافظة بغداد الرصافة الأولى والثانية وفي ضوء نتائج البحث قدم الباحث عدد من التوصيات والمقترحات . The research aimed to identify the effect of a counseling program based on brief counseling in developing the listening skills of educational counselors in the Directorate of Education of Baghdad Governorate, Rusafa I and II. To achieve this goal, the following null hypotheses were required to be tested: 1) There are no statistically significant differences at the level (0.05) between the scores of the experimental group in the pre and post tests on the listening skills scale. 2) There are no statistically significant differences at the level (0.05) between the scores of the control group in the pre and post tests on the listening skills scale. The current research identified the educational counselors in the Directorate of Education of Baghdad Governorate, Rusafa, first and second for the academic year (2020-2021 AD), and the statistical analysis sample consisted of (300) counselors who were randomly selected from the research sample. On two groups of (10) mentors for each group in the experimental and control groups, the researcher built a scale of listening skills, which consisted of (45) items in its initial form, and it was presented to a group of arbitrators in measurement, evaluation and psychology to ensure the apparent honesty and construction sincerity, where the scale became (40) final paragraph. The results showed that the counseling program based on brief counseling had an effect on developing listening skills for educational counselors in the Directorate of Education of Baghdad Governorate, Rusafa I and II. In light of the research results, the researcher presented a number of recommendations and suggestions.
