جودة الإنتاجية العلمية لأساتذة كلية الطب في الجامعات العراقية وفقا لمؤشر H-index : دراسة مقارنة

Abstract

تهدف الدراسة الى التعريف بالإنتاجية العلمية للتدريسيين في كليات الطب في عينة من الجامعات العراقية (بغداد، المستنصرية ،البصرة ،الموصل) وذلك من خلال حساباتهم على الباحث العلمي Google Scholar وحساب مؤشر الإنتاجية العلمية h-index لهم، ثم المقارنة بين نتائج هذه الكليات في الجامعات ،لمعرفة مدى اسهامهم في البحث العلمي في هذه المنصة والوقوف على اسهامات أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية لكليات الطب في نشر بحوثهم والتعريف بنتاجهم الفكري على مستوى عالمي، وضحت الدراسة مفهوم الانتاجية العلمية ومؤشر الإنتاجية العلمية فيه H-index في الباحث العلمي Google Scholar ،اتبعت الدراسة المنهج الببليومتري لمعرفة البيانات الكمية لعينة من حسابات التدريسيين في كليات الطب بلغت (10) حسابات لكل كلية، والمنهج المقارن للمقارنة بين جودة النتاجات العلمية لاساتذة كلية الطب في الجامعات عينة الدراسة ، وتوصلت الدراسة الى مجموعة من النتائج كان أهمها وجود فرق كبير في نسبة عدد التدريسيين الذين لديهم حسابات على Google Scholar لكليات الطب عينة الدراسة حيث بلغت في كلية الطب لجامعة بغداد (92%) ،وفي الجامعة المستنصرية(83%)، بينما بلغت في كلية الطب لجامعة البصرة(65%) ، وانخفضت النسبة لكلية الطب في جامعة الموصل الى(50%) فقط ، مع وجود تفاوت كبير في عدد البحوث المنشورة التدريسيين، بينما يتبين ان هنالك علاقة طردية بين زيادة الاقتباسات من هذه البحوث يقابلها زيادة في مؤشر h-index الذي حصلت عليه هذه البحوث.Information and Knowledge TechniquesThe study aims to introduce the scientific productivity of teachers in medical colleges in a sample of Iraqi universities (Baghdad, Al-Mustansiriyah, Basra, Mosul) through their accounts on the Google Scholar and calculating the scientific productivity index h-index for them, then comparing the results of these colleges in universities To know the extent of their contribution to scientific research on this platform, and to stand on the contributions of the faculty members of medical faculties in publishing their research and introducing their intellectual output on a global level, The study clarified the concept of scientific productivity and its H-index in the scientific researcher Google Scholar. The study followed the bibliometric method to find out the quantitative data for a sample of faculty accounts in medical colleges amounting to (10) accounts for each college, and the comparative approach to compare the quality of scientific outputs for the professors of the College of Medicine In universities, the study sample, The study reached a set of results, the most important of which was the presence of a significant difference in the percentage of the number of teachers who have accounts on Google Scholar for medical colleges, the study sample reached (92%) in the College of Medicine of the University of Baghdad, and in Al-Mustansiriyah University (83%), while it reached in the College of Medicine For the University of Basra (65%), and the percentage for the College of Medicine at the University of Mosul decreased to (50%) only, with a large discrepancy in the number of research published by the teaching staff, while it turns out that there is a direct relationship between the increase in citations from these researches offset by an increase in the h-index obtained by this research.
