Abstract

لقد شغلت ثنائية الأمن والفكر بال الأمم والمجتمعات، ولا سيما المعاصرة، واستحوذت على اهتمامها؛ لما بينهما من تلازم وارتباط وثيق وتأثير متبادل، ولما لهما من آثار سريعة الظهور سلبًا أو إيجابًا على أرض الواقع في الحياة المدنية المجتمعية؛ ولكي تكون هذه المتلازمة شهية الثمار طيبة الجنى، لا بد من وجود الضوابط التي متى انضبط عليها المجتمع أفرادًا وجماعاتٍ تحققت إيجابية هذه المنظومة وفاعليتها وتوازنها؛ لتتحقق آثارها المرجوة. ومن هنا اتجهت عناية هذا البحث إلى النظر في قضية الانضباط الفكري تأصيلًا لها، وبيان أطرها الشرعية، يتبعه -إن شاء الله- بحث آخر يدرس النتائج الأمينة لذلك الانضباط من حيث كونه غاية مجتمعية رئيسة، مع إيراد الوقائع العملية الدالة على ذلك من حياة المجتمعات الإسلامية، ومن ثم يخلص إلى أبرز النتائج والتوصيات.
