التفكير الهجين لدى تدريسي الجامعة

Abstract

هدف البحث الحالي التعرف إِلى التفكير الهجين لدى تدريسي الجامعة , ولتحقيق أهداف البحث الحالي بنت الباحثة مقياس التفكير الهجين على وفق نظرية وتعريف (غارتنر)(Gartner,2010)، بعد أَنْ اتبعت الخطوات العلمية في بنائه، والتحقق من الصدق الظاهري، وصدق البناء، وجرى التحقق من الثبات بطريقة إعادة الاختبار؛ إذ بلغ معامل الثبات (0,84)، في حين بلغ معامل ثبات الأداة بطريقة ألفاكرونباخ (0,87) وطبق المقياس على عينة البحث الاساسية تألفت من (300) تدريسي وتدريسية اختيرت بطريقة العشوائية الطبقية ذات التوزيع المتناسب في جامعة ديالى، وعند معالجة بيانات الدراسة إحصائيًا باستعمال (الاختبار التائي لعينة واحدة, ومعامل ارتباط بيرسون، ومعادلة الفا كرونباخ ). توصل البحث إِلى إِنَّ عينة البحث نتيجة الخبرات التي مروا بها أدت بهم الى امتلاك تفكير هجين. وعلى هذه الاساس توصل الباحثان الى مجموعة من التوصيات والمقترحات .The news of Sabah Hamel A0D0 Mazhar Abdul Karim Al-Obaidi The aim of the current research is to identify the hybrid thinking among university teachers. Check for stability by retesting; The reliability coefficient was (0.84), while the tool’s stability coefficient was (0.87) by Alpha Cronbach’s method, and the scale was applied to the basic research sample, which consisted of (300) male and female teachers, who were chosen in a stratified random manner with a proportional distribution at the University of Diyala, and when processing the study data. Statistically using (one-sample t-test, Pearson correlation coefficient, and Cronbach's alpha equation). The research concluded that the research sample as a result of the experiences they went through led them to possess hybrid thinking. On this basis, the researchers reached a set of recommendations and suggestions.
