تحسين الاداء الإداري لدى اندية إقليم كوردستان- العراق بكرة السلة من وجهة نظر كوادرها الإدارية والفنية

Abstract

الملخص: يعد موضوع الأداء الإداري هام للغاية على مستوى التنظيم ويمثل أحد العوامل المهمة التي تستخدم في تقويم الإدارة، ولذلك لان الأداء لا يعد انعكاساً لقدرات كل فرد ودافعيته فحسب، وإنما هو انعكاس لأداء هذه التنظيمات ودرجة فاعليتها، وإذا كان الاهتمام بالأداء يساعد التنظيم على تخطي مراحل حياته بنجاح فأنة يساعد المسؤولين في التنظيمات المختلفة أيضا على اتخاذ القرارات التي ترتبط بإدارتها مثل تخطيط القوى العاملة، إعادة تشكيل البناء التنظيمي، هيكل الحوافز والأجور والتدريب والتطوير. ويهدف البحث الى اعداد مقياس تحسين الأداء الاداري لدى اندية في اقليم كوردستان- العراق بكرة السلة من وجهة نظر كوادرها الإدارية والفنية. وتعرف مستوى تحسين الأداء الاداري لدى اندية في اقليم كوردستان- العراق بكرة السلة من وجهة نظر كوادرها الفنية والإدارية. وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي بألاسلوب المسحي لملائمته للمشكلة المراد بحثها لتحقيق أهداف، وتمثل عينة البحث من الأعضاء الفنية والإدارية لدى اندية كرة السلة في إقليم كوردستان العراق والبالغ و البالغ عددهم (150) شخصا يمثلون (18) نادياً، قام الباحثون بتقسيم عينة البحث على جزأين احدهما للبناء و الاخر للتطبيق، إذ بلغت عينة البناء من (88) شخصاً، من مجتمع البحث الكلي وبنسبة مئوية مقدارها (%58.67) من المجتمع و بواقع (10) أندية، أما عينة التطبيق فكانت (62) شخصاً من مجتمع البحث الكلي وبنسبة مئوية مقدارها(41.33%) من المجتمع و بواقع (8) نادي و عولجت البيانات الآحصائية من خلال برنامج الحاسوب (spss). واستنتج الدراسة الى صلاحية مقياس تحسين الاداء لدى الاندية كرة السلة في اقليم كوردستان- العراق من وجهة نظر كوادرها الإدارية والفنية. و أظهر المستوى الكلي للابعاد تحسين الاداء لدى الاندية كرة السلة في اقليم كوردستان- العراق من وجهة نظر كوادرها الإدارية والفنية بمستوى مرتفع. و توصلت الدراسة الى ضرورة زيادة الاهتمام بتحسين الاداء لدى الأندية الرياضية بلعبة كرة السلة التي ترتبط بكل ماهو جديد في إدارة الرياضة. Abstract: The issue of administrative performance is very important at the level of the organization and represents one of the important factors that are used in evaluating the administration, and therefore because performance is not considered a reflection of the capabilities and motivation of each individual only, but rather it is a reflection of the performance of these organizations and the degree of their effectiveness, and if interest in performance helps the organization to overcome the stages of its life Successfully, it also helps officials in different organizations to make decisions related to their management, such as manpower planning, reshaping the organizational structure, incentive and wage structure, and training and development. The research aims to Building a questionnaire of Improving the administrative performance for basketball clubs in the Kurdistan Region - Iraq from the point of view of its administrative and technical cadres. And Identifying the level of Improving the administrative performance for basketball clubs in the Kurdistan Region - Iraq from the point of view of its administrative and technical cadres. The researchers adopted the descriptive survey method for suitability to achieve the research objectives، The research community included (150) persons from the administrative and technical cadres of basketball team They represent (18) clubs، The researchers divided the research community into two parts، one for construction and the other for application، Where the construction sample consisted of (88) presons، With a percentage of (58.67%) of the total research community، with (10) clubs. As for the application sample، it consisted of (62) individuals from the total research community، with a percentage of (41.33%) from the total community، with (8) clubs. The data were processed statistically through the program (spss). The researchers drew several conclusions، including, The validity of the Improving the administrative performance questionnaire for basketball clubs in the Kurdistan Region - Iraq from the point of view of its administrative and technical cadres. And The overall level of the Improving the administrative performance of basketball clubs in the Kurdistan Region-Iraq appeared from the point of view of its administrative and technical staff at a high level. The study concluded that there is a need to increase the interest in improving the performance of sports clubs in the game of basketball, which is related to everything new in sports management.
