التوجه نحو المستقبل لدى طلبة الجامعة

Abstract

يهدف البحث الحالي التعرف الى التوجه نحو المستقبل لدى طلبة الجامعة، دلالة الفرق الاحصائية في التوجه نحو المستقبل لدى طلبة الجامعة تبعاً لمتغير الجنس والتخصص ،تكونت عينة البحث من (600) طالب وطالبة من جامعة ديالى اختيرت بطريقة الطبقية العشوائية ولتحقيق اهداف البحث الحالي تبنت الباحثة مقياس التوجة نحو المستقبل وفق نظرية ستيرنبرك واخرون (Steinberg, L.,et al.,2009) ويتألف المقياس من (15) فقرة، وتم التحقق من الخصائص السكومترية من صدق الظاهري وصدق البناء والتحقق من ثباتة حيث بلغ معامل الثبات بطريقة الفاكرونباخ (0،84) وبطريقة اعادة الاختبار (0،86) ، بعد معالجة بيانات البحث احصائيا باستعمال الحقيبة الاحصائية (spss) ،وتوصلت الباحثة الى النتائج الاتية : ان افراد عينة البحث لديهم توجه نحو المستقبل عال قياسا بالمتوسط النظري للمقياس، ولا توجد فروقٍ ذات دلالة إحصائية معنوية في التوجه نحو المستقبل تبعا لمتغيري الجنس والتخصص، وفي ضوء هذه النتائج خرجت الباحثة بمجموعة من التوصيات والمقترحات .The current research aims to identify the orientation towards the future among university students and the significance of the statistical difference in the orientation towards the future among university students according to the variable of gender and specialization. The research sample consisted of (600) male and female students from Diyala University, which were chosen by stratified random method. To achieve the objectives of the current research, the researcher adopted a measure of orientation towards the future according to the theory of Steinberg and others (Steinberg, L., et al., 2009). The scale consists of (15) items. The psychometric properties of the face validity, construct validity, and verification of its reliability were verified, as the reliability coefficient was reached by the Cronbach's alpha method (0.84) and by the retest method (0.86). After processing the research data statistically using the statistical package (spss), the researcher reached the following results: The members of the research sample have a high orientation towards the future compared to the theoretical average of the scale. There are no statistically significant differences in the orientation towards the future according to the variables of gender and specialization. In light of these results, the researcher came up with a set of recommendations and suggestions.
